It was great 66 route theme, but unfortunately very rude staff, very abrupt and no manners.

It looked like the room HADN’T BEEN CLEANED for days!! W.C. With stains... sink with hairs, very dirty floor. Stains on the countertop. Carpet not vacuumed. Dirty towel. As you can see in the photos …
Featuring a seasonal outdoor pool and a hot tub, this hotel is located adjacent to historic Route 66. All rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi. A free continental breakfast is served daily.

big suite
excellent beds
included breakfast very acceptable in a wide space
small pool very refreshing
Friendly city. Ate at Calico’s restaurant across the street from Arizona Inn , the motel we stayed at. Great food and menu choices. If you’re staying in Kingman try the Arizona Inn, can’t beat it for the price. Very clean and comfortable. Kingman would be a good place to retire to. Big enough to have everything you need but not the rudeness of a larger city. If my wife and I were a little younger, we would probably move there.

Kingman is doing a lot to keep its heritage pure, be it Route 66 or the Wild West history. The Route 66 museum is one of the best in the country (I've been to many) housed in the old power plant which, in and of itself, is amazing. Great food and beverage options, wonderful places to walk around and discover old, historic, and well maintained buildings, and at least a couple of museums. Close to Oatman & Seligman, and all the cool stops along the way (there are many) to either. And only a hop/skip from Las Vegas.

Kingman is a great place to stay, lots to explore.
Kingman is a great place to stay, lots to explore. Loved the drive to Vegas from here. Loved The Grand Canyon and The Hoover Dam (and the amazing bridge). I plan to return to Kingman and stay longer to explore it better.

We had lovely meal at an Italian, steakhouse called Mattina’s on East Oak Street.
You can get around Kingman using the H 40 and Route 66
Oatman is a great place to visit, old mining time.
If you are interested in the famous route 66 and bikes/ classic cars, you will love it here.

Great museum in the old power house, didn't have time to visit this time. Have visited before, and its a good one. Route 66 Diner was great, with good food, and great service from Santana (just like the rock star she said). Jumping off point for old Route 66 (Oatman Hwy if westbound), and Hackberry/Seligman if you're eastbound). Old 66 is a delightful drive, very scenic, and usually very light traffic limited to locals. Hackberry Store is an American Icon, and Seligman was the birth of "Old Route 66" associations in every state crossed by that great old highway.

I value the room's spaciousness, equipped with three queen beds and an extra room with a door. Perfect for a family of 5 or 6, it provides excellent value. Additionally, the parking is fantastic—you can park right in front of your unit. Check-in is easy. No Bible in the room.
We only stopped in Kingman as we didn't want to travel all the way from Palm Springs to Las Vegas in one day, and that was a very good decision. Though the city itself doesn't seem to offer anything worth seeing in particular, we enjoyed the travel a lot, fantastic landscapes! And a very nice spot to visit on the way was the old Western town of Oatman. The hotel itself was quite welcoming, best staff we had on our whole trip! I tested the Hot tub which was very nice after a long drive.
The room was clean. All was good except it was a little on the small side for the money. Eating area was very nice. Biscuits and gravy would have made that a bit better. This hotel was within walking distance of several restaurants which was very nice since we were on foot. More personal on the check-in makes people want to return. That wasn’t quite the case, but it wasn’t bad. Just talk to folks. I know we like it. Thanks!
The room was spacious and very clean and updated. The bed was cozy and comfortable. Front desk was surprisingly friendly and helpful. We had been traveling for quite a few days, and we were beginning to think there was no such thing as kind and personable front desk people anymore. All of our needs were met. We will always stay at this hotel when going through Kingman.
Stayed for a few nights on a New Year's hiking trip. Hotel is conveniently located just off I-40 on Andy Devine Blvd/Route 66, but is far enough from the freeway so that noise is not an issue. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Shower had hot water with adequate pressure. Wi-fi worked. Folks at the reception desk were responsive when I needed something.
All good, we cannot say otherwise, great location to reach Kingman downtown. The only disappointment (and we are very sorry to say that) is about beds, some of the most uncomfortable on our Route66 trip, maybe too used. Other than that, the accommodation would have been perfect!
It was easy off and on the interstate. Calico’s restaurant across the street was excellent. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Owners were very nice. it is a great place to stay. When I’m through Kingman the Arizona Inn will be the place I stay

The staff was very helpful with anything that we needed. The room was nicely done and very clean. Breakfast was great. They offered a wide variety of breakfast options. This is now our go-to hotel for all of our future trips to Kingman!
The owner is very kind, the hotel is a typical route 66 motel and it is functional for one night during a road trip. The room was quite modern and clean. It is not a luxury place but it is a good option for one night in kingman!
Excellent hotel for a stay in Kingman. Only one small negative detail was the bed was not properly made - crumpled sheets with lumps as they had not been fitted to the bed. Looked like someone had already slept in it!
Hotel was ok. Sheets rough, but we lived with it. Staff was great but other quest just didnt care. I dont think anyone but us picked up after the pets ! Hairdryer didnot work. But overall nice hotel .
Nice, spacious room. Free parking and breakfast.Helpful and friendly staff. Restaurants and gas station close by. Close to Interstate 40, a little further away from the old town of Kingman.
Nothing. The rooms were dirty and the staff was unprofessional and rude. Terrible place . Go to bullhead city and stay there instead of Kingman. Cheaper prices and better rooms.
Verÿ good hotel on our way to the Grand Canyon coming from San Francisco. Has a swimming pool and decent breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms. Very much enjoyed our short stay.
