We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was perfect for different eaters, there was something for everyone. The staff were friendly and made checking in and out simple. The location was perfect for what we came to do. The beach was like 10 minutes away and everything else was between. Definitely will be staying here again on our next trip.

Great location, great trendy hotel with lots of extras and services provided, the rooms and beds are comfortable, and the food in the restaurant is great too.
Although you do pay for the extra services via a daily resort fee of $40, which is ok if you take advantage of them and we did, for the beach, evening smores round the fire pit, and scooters and bikes.

The room was large and comfy. The breakfast had a few variety items, not much. The hot items mediocre, eggs good but potatoes were hard. The cold items was fine. Lady who was present the first day was very nice, congenial attitude! Yet 2nd day was ?

Hotel is in a good location and walkable to beach, restaurants, shopping and the pier. But hotel was run down and needs a major update & upgrade. Front desk was not responsive to report of noisy guests next to us.

Compared to the rest of Southern California, it was pleasant. I noticed the cleanliness, no graffiti, and the traffic flowed well. There was adequate choices of shopping and restaurants. Nice and pleasant over all. It wasn't infested with gangs like the rest of the state is. OOPS, I forgot, that is who runs that state!

The receptionist was friendly and efficient, it’s in a good prime position but Needs serious work to make it decent ( clean and in good repair)
Very dated and dirty - pool was closed by authorities only a week ago because of this
Sofa in the room was disgustingly dirty and the carpet was filthy
The hairdryer did work it only if you held a button in the whole time ( almost impossible to use) my husband had to press in the button while I dried my hair !
2 nights here was way too long
Being charged $30 to park was poor too and of our 6 week trip this is the only place we paid to park in the grounds

I can't stop bragging about the location of this property.
I can't stop bragging about the location of this property. It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Since the dog beach is only about 1.5 miles away the dogs had a great time meeting new friends. The price was reasonable and I would absolutely stay again and again and again!! Don't miss out on this hidden gem!

The thing about Huntington Beach is if you come on a Monday, it’s not as crowded as the weekend. On Tuesdays nights, they have a little festival for the locals with crafts paintings really amazing food and multiple entertainers an old classic rock band with too many more features to acknowledge, this is on Main Street I came to go surf the pier and it was the best. I also went to Costa Mesa to see the Chargers football training camp which is only 10 minutes away. Definitely recommend Huntington Beach everybody’s really nice.

- Right at the beach, perfect to watch the sunset and walk safely back to the hotel
- Location is great, near Main Street and all places you wanna go to
- Toiletries quality superb: best shampoo and conditioner compared to other hotels, high quality
- Good Pool choices, quite busy at times (the diarrhoea warn signs at the pool doors were slightly off-putting though, I can only assume they had some situations before, just never seen warning signs like this in other hotels)
1.)I have some mobility issues and they have rooms on the ground floor which are only separated from the parking lot by a sidewalk. This makes it much easier to deal with bags.
2.)The maids and front desk people were all very nice and helpful. They gave great suggestions for places to eat, etc.
3.)The mattress was great, one of the nicest, firm mattresses I've had in a motel or hotel.
4.)The mini frig was a fairly good sized one and the microwave newer.
What I DIDNT like was YOUR description of my room being completely fake and not even an option at the hotel. Under the room description and room amenities you had listed a hot tub IN THE ROOM. I send a message confirming this was true and somebody from BOOKING.COM responded that the room did intact have a hot tub and that is what I was paying $240 for. Upon arrival there was no such room at this property. NO rooms had hot tubs there!
The room was large and comfortable, and the beds were great. The location is excellent, just a 15-minute drive to Huntington Beach. There is a cute outdoor shopping mall across the street from the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and drinking. The staff is friendly and there is plenty of outdoor parking. Parking is 10 USD per night, which is cheap compared to other hotels/locations where you can pay 40 USD per night.
Breakfast was a sack to go breakfast because of Covid, it was okay. The location was great!! It’s a few miles to Huntington Beach. There were local restaurant and fast food close by. Target and shopping across the street from Hotel. It was very comfortable and clean with nice king size beds. Very happy with our stay.
Not much to look at viewing from street, tucked between two other building but sufficient parking, rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. Price was reasonable, staff was friendly, and location was great for me, 2 miles from office plus, access Huntington Beach and Seal Beach with a short drive.
Though the breakfast is pre-packed stuff, they offer varieties to choose, which is nice. It's convenient to get what needed from the Mother's Supermarket. It's easy to get any beach by driving along the Pacific Coast Highway, just in front of the hotel.
It’s close to everything. The pier is across the street, the shops and restaurants are all on the other side of the hotel. I loved the outdoor restaurant and bartender named Austin that works there. Great guy & great drinks especially for a breakfast!
This hotel is a pretty cool location. There is everything you need close by. We found multiple good restaurants that we plan to visit again. The rooms have been redone and are pretty nice. I like that there was no carpet and very roomy.
I absolutely love this hotel. The location is spectacular. The service is devine. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The food on the premises is delicious. The pools are amazing. The beach is so close, and the views are a dream.
Very short walk to pier and beach across the street. Walk to main for drinks, shops or dinner/breakfast. park on premisses perfect. welcomed by lady at reception, very nice and helpfull (forgot her name)
A+ for a motel! Will come back, clean & fun updated rooms, location is premium. Park the car & walk your entire visit , steps to beach, pier , shopping & beaches. Owners are great too!
Clean spacious well appointed room close to fabulous marina with many cats and restaurants Also stores nearby and 15 dollar uber to Huntington Beach Coffee machine & fridge great
very nice property in amazing location. the sea view was outstanding. rooms were very spacey and so was the whole bathroom area. the hotel itself was very modern and clean
The close proximity to the beach(right across the street), walking distance to restaurants and shops on Main Street, and the parking rate for hotel guests...$10 a night!
Right on the seafront and close to all the action, great location. The hotel manager was very good and corrected a situation his rude staff had created.
