Shuttle service was excellent. I used it once. I had left a desert in the refrigerator of the first room we had, and someone did bring it to me after putting us in a room with working window blinds. I give them props for bringing that to us!

First room - nothing. Once we had complained and been given an upgrade, the second room was much better. Quieter and spacious but still needs updating.

Mountain is wonderful for skiing and snowboarding.
Mountain is wonderful for skiing and snowboarding. My kids loved the bowl at the Bergman Express lift. I liked the family atmosphere. No late night noise or drunken bar scenes. The restaurant options are not great in River Run Village. Overpriced and mediocre. There is no grocery store close by, so you need a car for that. But overall we loved it! Would definitely come back for more amazing skiing.

Keystone is the epitome of skiing the Rockies.
Keystone is the epitome of skiing the Rockies. Strong tourist location and offerings. Skiing is as good as you would hope. Scenery is amazing, especially after 13"of freshly fallen snow overnight.

I enjoyed the more secluded area, I would recommend bringing an oven mitted to take things out of the oven. We made all our meals in the apartment, and took our lunches to Dillon Reservoir to spend the day fishing. Had a very relaxing time.

Check-in was friendly and efficient, but when we got to our room, instead of a queen size bed, it was two Murphy beds in a tiny room. They did not fill the ice cube trays in the fridge up, and there was no place to get ice other than a gas station a few miles away. The Internet didn't work until I troubled shot that the router was unplugged. We called the customer service number to ask about getting the wrong room, and they blamed Booking.com for false advertising. They offered to move up to a smaller room with a queen size bed. They were indifferent to our situation.

We like the location and accessibility to restaurants and shops. It has a good variety of things to do and our favorite thing to do is ski. We stayed in the River Run area and ate at the restaurants located in that area. The Crepe shop is always something to look forward to. We tried to get to the gondola early to avoid as big of a crowd and it did not disappoint.

My wife and I came to enjoy the mountain scenery, cooler temperatures, mountain trails, and a slower lifestyle. We found it all in Keystone, Colorado. Summit County is amazing. Our time here was too short. We have already planned our return.
Booked this stay last minute when we weren’t able to add an extra day to our reservation at the Keystone Lodge. I wish we would have just booked our entire trip here! The location is fantastic- short walk to the River run gondola. Even with kids in ski boots, it’s not a bad walk. The apartment seemed more like an extended stay hotel- full kitchen, professionally managed, and comfortably appointed. The underground parking garage is heated! Check in was a breeze and seemed well run. I will definitely stay here again.
The condo was a short walk (across two parking lots) from the Peru Express lift at Keystone. Parking for the condo was underneath the building, and the ski locker was convenient. The condo's kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans, dishes, glasses, and utensils. The outdoor hot tub was fantastic -- it was large and very close to the condo and towels were provided. It was nice to have two full bathrooms. The condo was clean, and the bedding was comfortable.
I liked I was able to use the keystone lodge amenities which included hottubs, pool, steam room and sauna. I liked the condo it was perfect size for myself. I liked the amount of kitchen utensils. There was enough towels for me. The fireplace was great! The view was pretty. Underground locked parking with your condo key for entry. Old school stove and microwave which I enjoyed.
My apartment was spacious, cozy, and beautiful. The view was incredible, and the location perfect for visiting the Keystone Conference center. I had an incredibly relaxing time during my stay and will definitely go back. I didn't need any assistance from the property, but if I did, they made sure I knew how to get in touch. Bonus: hummingbirds outside my window each morning.
We were in Keystone for a family wedding and rooms at the resort next door sold out before we were able to get a room. That turned out to be a good thing for us because we ended up at Argentine 1507 which is a 1 Bedroom Condo that is Very Nice & On The Lake for less than a room at the resort. Needless to say the other family members that came and visited us were jealous.
Breakfast was great, plenty of hot and cold options. Lots of seating with nice views.
Walking path next to hotel with access to pond area.
Free valet service. Not a lot of free parking. Lots of cars when hotel is busy.
Bus to Dillion, not very frequent.
Comfortable for all three (2x adults, 1x teenager). Location was great for us, short walk to the area of Keystone we used. Also, good food/drink options immediately adjacent to the property. Parking was also easy and good (garage).
Room with balcony was very nice and comfortable, really enjoyed the spa amenities, massage, warm pool and hot tub. Hotel is convenient to park, and shuttle transport to ski area and around village is very nice.
Suuuuuper responsive customer service via text! They came 15mins after we asked for a heater checkup. Very nice room, superb location (3min to keystone river run lift), well heated, spacious, CLEAN!!
Very clean kitchen with everything you need for cooking. available salt, spices, oil, coffee. The furniture is not new, but cozy and comfortable. Beautiful view of the lake. near the pool.
This condo is in a good location if you have a car! The HOA has done a great job making the surrounding area feel Colorado modern. We didn't use the hot tub, but it looked splendid.
The location was by far the best quality of the rental. It's close to Keystone skiing and A Basin resort. The place was also pretty roomy which was nice.
The property is located in a quiet part of keystone with great views across the valley to keystone gulch. The swimming pool and hot tub were excellent.
