We were not given breakfast so can’t comment on that! Loved the room space, wonderfully friendly and highly professional staff, excellent follow up to our concerns, view outside, Nu Nu Restaurant, loved the complimentary sparkling wine and mineral water, location. We are thoroughly impressed by the immediate follow up and gracious reimbursement offer provided by the General Manager Kylee once we raised our concern about the noisy environment. Not only did he redirect the workers to another site, he actioned a reimbursement of one night with booking.com. Most impressive Kylee.

Loved everything about this hotel! The staff are incredible. They are so friendly and make you feel at home. The pool is fantastic and could always get a lounge chair to lie on at any time of day. The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had and the lunch and dinner is also the best in Palm Cove. The signature inclusions were also a fantastic touch including the sunrise yoga (which is between the palms!), the sorbet by the pool and the canapes and punch at 5pm. They think of everything!!

This hotel has a fantastic pool area with a swim up bar and plenty of sun loungers. Very family friendly. The location is also central in palm cove. We were grateful to receive a room upgrade at checkin. The property was also very quiet overall as it seems it wasn’t very busy after the cyclone.

The property had everything you could possibly need for a family travelling with a baby! It was clean, spacious, modern, relaxing and comfortable.
