It was a comfortable and cozy hotel; we had a lovely little room and balcony, too! The temperature was around 0, but if it was sunny, we enjoyed the sun on the balcony. The sun is intense in Italy, so it was so hot we just sat there in bikinis :) Most importantly, of course, the entire staff was outstanding! Excellent hospitality and many good recommendations for the whole area. Thank you!! The city center is within walking distance!

This is a luxury ski town. If you are coming to do any casual shopping, this is not your area unless casual to you means Prada or Gucci. Also, there is virtually no apres or nightlife, however there are some really great restaurants.

A bit busy for a tourist destination, lots of heavy traffic on the main road that leads to the old city center.
Lots of places to eat and shop, but not many places to walk around, at least in the winter.

This is a great place for a ski holiday fantastic skiing and huge range of places to eat and bars and a cornucopia of high end shops to browse the mountains are divine. I am sure it would be just as goos as a walking holiday destination in spring summer and autumn. Despite the glizzy reputation there is something for everyone here and the town is a great place to wander about in.

It's a nice and quite rich village.
It's a nice and quite rich village. The city centre offers a lot of luxury shops. It's located just 20min by car to the Tres Cimes and close to the ski slopes. We went there End of October, which is in between their main seasons. A lot of bars and restaurants and even hotels were closed during this time. It's nice to explore the nature around this time, but you need to be aware that huts and a lot of facilities are closed.

A cute old-fashioned hotel with great view from the balcony. We had a bed type mix-up (queen v. twin beds) but the staff handled it reasonably well even if it took several hours to resolve it (we went to the city center for a dinner while they tried to figure out what to do with us) and we got the requested and confirmed bed in the end. A decent breakfast buffet even if we had to request an espresso/cappuccino while other, Italian speaking guests, were asked automatically.
Great staff - those we interacted with were super friendly, informative, helpful and spoke excellent English as, according to both, they lived for a time in Australia . Our room was clean and comfortable, including the bed. It also suited our purposes as the Munich to Venice bike path - which we were riding on was located not far behind the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and consisted of a variety of tasty morsels.
We loved it! The location was ok, it was easy to find the hotel. When we arrived, we were immediately assisted and checked in to our room which was really great since we arrived after 2PM and were running late for our schedule that afternoon. We loved the ambiance of the room! It was so relaxing. We wish we could have stayed longer :)
Hotel is in a great central location in a beautiful town. Room was very small and there was no soundproofing. We could hear every word the people in the room next door were saying. Recommend hiring a car to drive to different lifts where you could easily park for free along the valley.
Super helpful and friendly staff. Couldn't ask for better Service. Extensive breakfast buffet.
Walk into the city takes about 20min.
Bus station right infront of the Hotel.
Free parking infront of the Hotel.
Room to lock away ski equipment.
Fresh towels and clean rooms every day.
The room was clean and has all the amenities needed.
The hotel stays around 7km from the city center, in a very beautiful area.
The breakfast has good options and was very good.
The hotel also has a Bistro in which we had a dinner in the last night and was a good value.
One of the best hotel stays ever! Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, super close to many popular hikes. Stunning views, and pristine facilities. Staff went above and beyond for us which made our stay that much more remarkable. Thank you for everything!!
The Hotel was in a perfect location in Cortina D’Ampezzo, on the main strip. Close to restaurants bars and La Cooperativa Di Cortina department store with an excellent gourmet supermarket. The continental breakfast was adequate.
The hotel was adorable! We had a beautiful view of the Dolomites and the room was comfortable. We were able to leave our bags early and explore the area. Overall, it was a great stay. It’s also not far from the bus station.
A beautiful hotel in the middle of cortina! The room was spacious and comfortable and got cleaned every day! The location was fantastic, close to the gondola up to Rifugio Faloria, from where you have an amazing few!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt they went beyond what we expected. We traveled with two young children and they were very helpful with things needed for them.
I highly recommend this hotel.
Hotel Serena had the best views, was in the perfect location, and an overall very comfortable experience. The breakfast was a wonderful addition as well. A fantastic experience!
Amazing hotel! We stayed for 3 days/2 nights and had the best time. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the balcony was amazing! The views!
Amazing hotel with perfect service.
The breakfast was wonderful, there were veggies, eggs, cheese, yogurt…
Such a comfortable bed, which was important for me.
