Beautiful old town, if we had more time we would have explored the islands or hired a boat. There are lots of buses to get you around town and to the beach. Very laid back relaxing place to holiday.

There are two great places to snorkel on Port Cros national park. You can get the ferry to Port Cros from Hyeres. Buy ticket from office next to ferry. The places are Plage de la Palud and Anse de la Fausse Monnaie. The second does not have a good place for lieing down in shade, but was fantastic in the water, with a greater variety of fish than the more popular place.

The heat pump worked perfect, when we arrived it was a chilly day, the walls were cold as ice, and in half of hour it turned form cave to home. Usually, we travel to Hyeres in this time of the year, sometimes it is cold and we always (exept now) we had to improvise, as many of these locations are prepared only for summer. The host provided clear detailed informations regarding the access, stay and surroundings.

Very clean with lots of thoughtful extras, like detergent for the washing machine and a brioche from a local bakery. Sylvie is full of information about the local area and places to see. Great location just 5 mins walk from the beach, short drive to the port or to the ferry for Porquerolles. We visited the salt lagoons/ salants where we saw over 100 flamingos.

Nicole is a very lovely person, who took the time to explain everything. Even though she doesn't speak English that well, she tried her best. The apartment has everything you need and it's well decorated too. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. :)
