From the moment we walked into the hotel we knew we were going to love it there. It oozes quality and charm. We were greeted with a big Irish welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Our room was gorgeous and the bed, huge and very comfortable. The food - both dinner and breakfast - was exceptional. Would highly recommend.

I traveled around Ireland for two weeks and stayed in several cities. Kenmare was one of my favorites for shopping, access to music, scenery and the BEST lodging and restaurant at Brooklane. Highly recommend both!

Kenmare is a charming, small Irish town. We loved walking through the streets with many shops, pubs and restaurants. Both Holy Cross and St. Patrick's churches are worth a visit.
Kenmare is a perfect base for driving the Ring of Kerry and visiting Killarney National Park.
We had a fabulous dinner at The Coachman's pub, sitting outside on a pleasant October evening but there are many other dining options too.

A lovely town which was close to our B&b.
A lovely town which was close to our B&b. Lovely pubs with live music each night and excellent food. Lots of cafes and some git shops too. Beautiful sites to explore in the area like Killarney great park and the gap of dunloe to name but a few. There are stunning mountain views , peninsulas and rivers . A wonderful visit.
We had an amazing visit. My husband and our grown daughters and sons -in- law stayed for two nights. Trish was incredibly helpful, providing local insight for day trips, restaurants, music etc. We loved sitting outside in the sun on the grass/ patio , after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to family and friends. Terrific location- very close to downtown Kenmare, but also extremely convenient for Killarney National Park. We made a great choice.
Enjoyed a fab stay here after a last minute decision to stay i Kenmare for a night. House was ideally located within walking distance to town centre. Room was spotless, with comfy beds and a gorgeous bathroom. Breakfast the next morning was just beautiful and included Fionnuala's own homemade bread, it was divine. Fionnuala herself was lovely, very welcoming and friendly, shared suggestions of local amenities and things to do. I would absolutely stay again and recommend to a friend
The location could not have been better. Central to everything in the town. The accommodation looks brand new. The rooms are directly above the restaurant. The restaurant's food was on par with any fine dining establishment I've ever eaten at in Dublin. The owner / chef could not have been more helpful or nice. He referred us to another restaurant in town the night he was closed and his recommendation was top notch as well. This is the only place to stay and to eat in Kenmare.
The Lodge is a beautiful house with every room being individually furnished and named after flowers. The long sweeping staircase is the first thing one notices on arrival and it is impressive. It is like stepping back in time, with big paintings on walls and lovely antique furniture. The location is within walking distance from Kenmare town centre. It is a very lovely place to stay. The host greeting us could not have been more welcoming.
Absolutely everything! Trish was so welcoming! The room was sparkling clean, so comfortable, beautifully decorated and just a short walk into town. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful! Pancakes were stellar! Best shower in Ireland! I took all of Trish’s recommendations and they were all fabulous. I’d love to stay again the next time I have the pleasure of being in Kenmare.
located only a few minutes walk from Kenmare town with plenty of parking at the hotel, although I didn’t use the leisure centre myself other family members with kids did and said it was great, the staff were lovely all over the hotel friendly and helpful even though they seemed to be understaffed! The ladies serving the rooms did a great job and were so friendly!
location is perfect - a quiet street just off the center of Kenmare. the apartment was sunny and spacious for 2 - would be fine for a third as well. We didn’t meet the owner as entry was by code. a discount was offered in the restaurant below and the staff there was very helpful and friendly t plus the breakfasts and lunches were great!
Kathleen recommended two EXCELLENT restaurants for our two dinners, both within walking distance. Kenmare is a charming town, much less congested than Killarney, and we were able to head out early on the Ring of Kerry and miss the tour bus crowds. Although close to town, the property is very quiet.
We absolutely loved our stay with Patricia! Beautiful house with newly renovated rooms and very comfortable beds. Patricia was such a wonderful welcoming host. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Just a short, easy walk out of the town centre. And kenmare itself is a beautiful little town.
Giulia is an amazing host. We had a family room very comfortable and clean. This b&b is very clean and nicely located in a beautiful garden next to the river and walking distance to the lovely town of Kenmare. The breakfast was excellent! Thanks Giulia we really enjoyed our stay!
As a group of friends getting away for a few days this house was exactly what we wanted. Lots of space, very comfortable and had everything you could need. Lovely isolated location but equally near enough to Kenmare and Sneen. With a pub next door sure what more would you want!
Everything was perfect. Lucy the owner is one of a kind. Fantastic host and the breakfast is absolutely divine. Bridge Street Townhouse is better than some 4/5 star hotels we've stayed in. Highly recommend it and Will definitely return!! So get booking!!
Margaret was so welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She gave us lots of recommendations during our stay in Kenmare. She accommodated us with an early check in, and even gave us a lift from the town when she passed us walking home.
The room had a great view of the river. It was a short distance drive from downtown Kenmare. We got there earlier than expected and were allowed to check in. The Hostess was very accommodating. Great Breakfast.
Very nice and welcoming hosts, and of course - Dirk the dachshund was a star. Breakfast was generous and tasty. Views of Kenmare were amazing and the hotel is a 5 min drive to town.
The owner is wonderful. She runs an exceptional B&B. Clean, we'll decorated, comfortable beds. She makes a mean Egg's Benedict! Kenmare is a beautiful town!
