Perfect location and safe, onsite parking. Welcome from reception staff was warm and friendly. Rooms are spacious with good size bathroom. My room didn’t have much of a view but there were window boxes on the outside of the window that made it look like you were looking out on a garden. Great idea! Lovely live music in the bar/restaurant

The dinner in the Yew restaurant was excellent. Excellent service and food/wine. Also, the gardens are beautiful. The staff did their absolute best on one of the busiest weekends of the year.

The breakfast staff were rude and unhelpful. We asked for coffee/tea three times and it never came. The 2 staff that were on spent there time chatting complaining that another staff member didn’t come in that morning. There Manners were extremely poor and we left feeling underwhelmed and unvalued

We loved the foyer - we had a lovely lunch there and dinner in the bar was excellent. It was my mum's 84th birthday and your staff sang happy birthday to her and had a candle in her dessert. The staff were very friendly and obliging.
