We really loved that the hotel didn’t have hotel keys instead everyone was given a unique code for the main door and their room, it made it easy because we didn’t have to remember to bring our key everytime we left. We also really appreciate that we could leave our bags in the hotel after checkout and just use a code to go and collect them when we needed them.

Bedrooms need an update. Very basic bedroom.
Bedrooms need an update. Very basic bedroom. The mattress on bed needs changing for new ones. Towels are not changed daily so have to remind staff to do it. The bathroom need a general update. The main doors are very noisy. The lift very small. The noisy road from early morning but the location is perfect.
Breakfest was very good but not big choice.

Bad customer service, they cannot solve problems themselves, contact Booking, they change the entrance code, they do not communicate, the shower siphon is clogged,,
Stained toilets, bad smell in the room, a bathroom for 6 beds is uncomfortable, etc. I would not recommend if you want to have a good and pleasant stay, for me cleanliness is essential. They make noise, that's normal and it doesn't bother me.

Sliema is lovely - very well connected with lots of shops and good restaurants and bars open late, with some amazing views of Valletta. The water taxi is easy and relatively cheap across to Valletta too - a perfect location if you don't fancy paying the higher prices of the main city. We felt very safe and it's very easy to venture into St. Julian's and other areas if you fancy more of a party vibe.

Sliema, Malta, is a vibrant and bustling city that offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and historic charm. As a traveler, I found Sliema to be an ideal base for exploring Malta. The city’s promenade, lined with cafes, restaurants, and shops, provides stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the nearby capital, Valletta. Sliema's central location makes it convenient for day trips to other parts of the island, and the frequent ferry service to Valletta is both quick and scenic.
The city is also known for its lively atmosphere and excellent shopping options, from local boutiques to international brands. There are plenty of dining choices, offering everything from traditional Maltese cuisine to global fare. The nightlife in Sliema is energetic, with numerous bars and clubs to enjoy.
However, Sliema can be quite busy, especially during peak tourist season, and the construction of new developments can sometimes detract from its charm. Despite this, the convenience, beautiful seafront, and array of activities make Sliema a fantastic destination for any traveler visiting Malta.

Traffic congestion due to narrow roads.
Traffic congestion due to narrow roads. A lot of construction. Beautiful sights. A lot to do. Many forts and churches. Multiple boat ride options. Hoop off hoop on was very affordable and worked well. Cab availability was great and most expensive fare was $30.00, usually about $20.00/ trip. Many restaurants were within walking distance, (less than 1 mile.). Beautiful city, no crime, a lot to see. Felt safe everywhere.
The apartment is located on the 7th floor, in front of Sliema's seafront promenade, ideal for 6 people. There are cafés, restaurants, mini markets next door, as well as a bus stop and the ferry to Valletta.
Тhe apartment is beautiful, with a beautiful terrace and a view of Valletta, a view that takes your breath away.
The owner thought of everything and every possible detail when he was decorating the apartment. You have everything you might need when you go on a trip.
The best part was the location. Sliema is really a happening location in Malta with lots of restaurants and bus/Ferry stops nearby. It's almost a central location to commute to any part of Malta.
The apartment was cosy and very neat and clean. The instructions given by Irina were very good and we didn't face any issues in entering our apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment for a Solo, Family or a Business trip.
Best value for money!!! Me and my husband stayed for 4 nights. Perfect location just across from the ferries, surrounded by restaurants, shops and shopping centers. The staff was very helpful, especially Chippy from reception who went above and beyond to help us. The room and hotel were clean, breakfast was decent with a wonderful view. All our requests before arrival were met and fulfilled. Will definitely be coming back.
A great little hotel with exceptional staff who are very friendly and eager to chat, help, give recommendations. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve experienced in a long time: fresh, healthy options, delicious, plentiful. Excellent location in Sliema, very close to the water yet still off the promenade, very close to a supermarket, an easy walk to restaurants/cafes/shops.
Room was very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and there are USB -A ports by the bed.
An adapter for the sockets can be gotten from the Reception for only 2 Euro, which are gibven back when the adapter is returned.
Hotel is a short walk from the promenades of Sliema and to the ferry to Valetta. Also , a bus stop in front of the hotel !
The apartment is nice!
Brand new,modern, and very clean.
Amazing welcome by the host (Sasa),we check-in very late by night. They left us bottle of water, coffee, sugar, and milk on the house.
Located in the best location in Sliema, with one leg out of the building and you are in front of the sea!!! Very close to the Sliema ferry.
it was very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and they were doing their best to make our stay easy. The hotel is located on Sliema 1 min from ferry 3 station so you have direct station from airport with bus. location is excellent, also ferries that are going to valleta are right in front of the apartment.
When you visit Malta, you have to stay in this hotel. Location is perfect and hotel is so clean. Lady at reception was so lovely and polite. Hotel has everything you might need but we were amazed how clean everything was. Once again this is a must if you are planning to sleep in Sliema.
Comfortable room in a very central location on Sliema waterfront. Hotel staff were friendly in providing guidance on SIM cards, restaurants and activities. My room was towards the back and did not have a balcony nor was facing the sea, thus making it very quiet (which I preferred).
We loved the friendly staff, the modern facilities, including an indoor heated pool, extensive breakfast menu, the location and the views from the rooftop. Also enjoyed having a balcony with a partial sea view. Highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay while in Sliema
Great location, near restaurants, Sliema is pretty, nice promenade, 15 min away by ferry from Valetta or 15 min by taxi.
The hotel has a large room and bathroom, a comfortable bed, nice lobby, good breakfast. The view was very beautiful. The reception was friendly.
Best Experience in Malta in AX Victoria Hotel. We got a Capua Palace Suite with incredible balcony. All the foods and drink were great. I have gluten and milk intolerance, but for they it was not a problem. I could eat a lot. Recommended++++
The hostel is very close to the beaches in Sliema and it was surprisingly good for how cheap it was. The room was spacious and comfortable, air conditioned, it had big lockers and a good bathroom. I was very pleased with my stay there.
Staff tried their best to accommodate our requests (rooms close together, 3 single beds). I also loved the rooftop pool and the proximity of the hotel to the Sliema-Valletta ferry. The Asian restaurant was also very good.
The hotel and the room were clean, staff were very polite.
Good breakfast, location is great. The bus stop is a few yards away from the hotel. Walking distance from St. Julian’s bay or Sliema ferry.
Great boutique hotel in the middle of Sliema. Room was clean and stylish, elevator was near the room but it wasn't noisy at all. Comfy bed and nice furniture. Great value for money.
