During my stay, what really stood out was the great service from the hotel staff. They were always friendly and quick to help out with anything we needed.
The breakfast was delicious, with lots of tasty options to choose from. The hotel bar was also really cozy and nice to hang out in.
Another thing I liked was the easy taxi service. There was a touchscreen to book taxis, and they even had a display showing nearby public transport schedules, which was handy.
Additionally, the cleaning service was commendable, ensuring a tidy and comfortable environment throughout my stay

Everything was exceptional, the staff was very helpful and polite. They always greeted us with a smile and said "Good morning" and "Good evening". The room we booked had the most amazing view and the interior was super nice, one could say it was over our expectations. We could see out towards Stenpiren and rest of the Götaälv where we could watch the wonderful sunset. The spa section of the hotel was also very pleasing, even if was a little cramped. The experience was elevated by the cozy warm pool and the different types of saunas (aromatherapy, bastu and hammam). About the breakfast, I am not a picky eater but my girlfriend who loves hotel breakfasts rated it 10/10. The selection from which you could choose was wast and fresh. The staff always made sure the different breakfast options was refreshed and refilled. A extra note/point to the business is that if you had booked a more exclusive experience which we did, they had reserved a table for you and you could also order from a special menu. This also made our experience here worth our money in our opinon.

Generally a safe and pretty place to visit, the park was huge and very well maintainted, the Haga district was great and the restaurants and bars are generally great for hanging out. Using public transport tickets it's possible to ride the ferries to the islands, a huge plus!!

I travelled with my friends and I really did not like the city. People there were rude and not accessible enough for tourists like us. We went to one of the clubs named yakida in night after dinner, the guard simply denied our entry and said only guest list people are allowed. But he was allowing every other person from their own country very easily without checking anything.
We felt discriminated there. Tried to ask people here and there but no fruitful response.
Addition to this, There was not too many things to see in gothenburg. I really didn’t like it that much. And would not recommend to anyone.

Gothenburg is not that touristic so don’t expect to find a lot of attractions. It’s great for shopping, I specially liked the tons of second hand and vintage stores around. Also, there are so many delicious vegan restaurants. I’m not vegan but I was fascinated.
Another tip is to go to the islands around to take a walk and a coffee. You can get there pretty easy and the same ticket for the train serves for the ferry.

You have to go to Hagastaden.
You have to go to Hagastaden. We found a lovely fish restaurant which was a godsend while walking in the blizzard.
Strange that the bar Paddys had a man serving who insisted on calling me sir and knew nothing about alcohol.
The bar a few doors down; John Scotts closed about 7 pm. This may be usual for Gothenburg, I have no idea.

Very small city so not much to do if you're there longer than 3 days maybe. We went for the Christmas Markets, for 2 nights, so that was the perfect amount of time and we did everything we wanted to do. Lovely atmosphere and the food is yummy (the Swedish meatballs). Liseberg theme park is huge and a good activity. Haga is good for little cafes.
The location. You leave the central station heading east following Odinsgatan and at the major roundabout, the hotel is just off the second street. Not bad at all when arriving by rail, and not far is Göteborg Ullevi Norra with several tram lines and a bus line, bordering a historical cemetery. There are a decent amount of restaurants just around the corner, and a nice sized Coop store just up the street on Friggagatan. Staff were courteous and helpful, check-in was a breeze. My room was nicely configured, everything was fine.
A nice and relatively cheap way to stay in Goteborg. The breakfast was amazing and a good bang for your buck. The location is good. Close to the park and in walking distance of the city center (+- 20 minutes) , although you can also take a tram if you don't like walking. The neighborhood is nice with plenty of little restaurants and supermarkets.
The parking was also very good and convenient.
It's still rather pricey compared to other European hostels, but you know things are more expensive in Sweden.
This hotel is amazing! Conveniently located steps from the train station, this newly constructed building is bright, open and feels intimate, despite being a large conference hotel. The service is welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is so abundant it makes you want to stay till lunch. The rooftop bar is cool with lots of varied seating and the restaurant is top notch. It is hard to believe it is in Gothenburg, the vibe is so urban.
Accomodation has a central position in Gotheborg, close to the historical city centre. Nothing we ask for was a problem, everything very easy - check in, payment, nice staff....They even prepared extra breakfast for us to go as we wanted to leave the place before the time they serve breakfast on Sundays. Breakfast onsite was very tasty. We really recomend thi place(it is not a 5* hotel, but excelent in it's category).
A nice surprise on my 4weeks long trip. Traditional hotel ...at the moment decorated in Halloween mood. Nice job. There is not a negative word to be said about the place. Actually there are my thanks to Moa (reception) and restaurant team for their hospitality and kindness.
Walking distance to Attractions Park and also to the city center.
Once in Göteborg, would stay again.
Amazing property to stay in Gothenburg. Very modern, very clean, easy digital check in and check out, big windows which bring a lot of light into the room, great location walking distance to everything, huge advantage - laundry in the building which is hard to find in Sweden in general. Very smooth and pleasant stay. Will absolutely stay again. 1000/10 recommended!!!
Nice hotel, well located in Goteborg. No taxi or any other vehicle needed to get around the city, everything is walking distance away. Friendly staff, nice breakfast and good sauna and pool for a quick swim. Also, the hotel has a great prking area in the nearby parking garage. Simply calling for the entry code, and you can park there for a good fee per day.
Such a great hotel at a great location. I enjoyed my stay so much. One of the eldest hotels in Sweden and it has been beautifully stayed intact. The rooms are cosy, well decorated and I slept very well. The breakfast is great, staff is friendly, so no need to look any further if you want a comfortable, enjoyable stay right at the centre of Gothenburg.
Great hotel located near the train station, close to all city amenities and attractions. Kind, helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner were always delicious. The big advantage is that you can go to the cafeteria anytime and grab something to eat or drink. Highly recommended! I will definitely come back to stay here when travelling to Göteborg.
For me, it met all the basic necessities. I read a review in another platform that the hotel has bed bugs, but it was not the case, thankfully (perhaps rather a cruel allegation). The room was always warm. There is a working shower so hot showers are guaranteed (very useful in cold Sweden). The staff is friendly.
I didn’t like one bit of this Place.
There was not one in reception. Is far from town it’s the cheapest Hostel in Gothenburg but it’s not even that cheap at All.
Place was small as F.
Beds in prison are much better than this Kip.
Pay extra for a Proper Hotel
Everything from room to breakfast, no noise though near the main road, the breakfast was nicely cooked and served. staff were very polite and welcoming. I will definitely use your hotel next time i come to Sweden
I could not live in it .. the reason is the travel restrictions to Sweden and the reservation was not refundable .. so I do not have any evaluation, perhaps at another time I can live in it
A mediocre 3 star hotel, in central Gothenburg, close to main street, Vasaplatsen and downtown. Staff is really nice and friendly. Breakfast is nice. Decent stay for decent price.
