The house is really nice, cozy, in a perfect location. I liked a refreshing and warm smell of the pine wood in the entrance. The room was shiny clean, walls, furniture, curtains with beautiful colour combinations. Also there is a fireplace to make the overall stay even more cozy.
Exceptional place. Highly recommend for a stay.

Excellent music, world-class sparrows.
Excellent music, world-class sparrows. A lot of tiny art galleries to discover. The unconsciousness of the town lurks in the catacombs beneath the library (feel free to visit, it's impressive).
Also, book your tickets for the next year's Old Music Festival. Some of the best Bach et al. you're ever going to hear.

I liked Haapsalu Neuroloogilise Rehabilitatsioonikeskuse playground. I recommend it a lot for families! But Haapsalu has many great ones. I really liked Iloni imedemaa (it has a playing room on the top floor and a cafeteria in the yard) – suitable for all ages. I also loved the Herman Bistro. I recommend also taking a ride in the city on a small train Peetrike. Aafrika rand is not great for swimming but has an amazing playground. Hestia spa is great too! And Dietrich is a great place to eat also with babies. Mari Disain and NIela on Karja street is a great place to shop local design.

Beaches are fair, ferry to Hiumaa is something that one should do for a day, at least. Nearby ex-soviet military base is interesting. Haapsalu is nice and clean. There can be some overpriced cafes in the very centre, but there is also a very nice swimming pool in the centre where 5 euros can biy you 2 hours of water relaxation, or swimming - as you like.

Super nice place with very cozy vibe - there is smth very attractive about the place. Perfect place for relaxing trip. Everything is in short walking distance, lots of places to eat, beach close by - just perfect 🙂 highly suggested to get a bike and tour around the area to see the most of the town.
very friendly host and a very warm welcome. accommodation perfectly located next to the sea and only five minutes by foot in the center with all the restaurants etc. I got a perfect room (I saw two others, which were perfect as well) - definitely the nicest room I got during my 12days journey (and I had always very nice ones - but this one was the best). very clean hotel and also the other hotel guests were very friendly. The hotel seemed nearly fully booked. Haapsalu is a wonderful small city and Päeva Villa is the best place to stay :)
Very good location in Haapsalu. As the city itself is quite small, it is very comfortable and easy to get to restaurants, cafes sightseeings etc. Very good communication with the host and was easy to get the key and get to the property, All instructions were sent by email and was easy to understand. There is a private parking place. There was almost everything you need in the room. Stayed there for 3 nights and it was comfortable to be there during all the time.
Exceeded expectations!
Superclean eith nice touches like room scent candles and nice design drinking glasses, plants etc - little details that showed the place cares for their guests.
Plus little lounge area on second floor with a tea-coffee station and tableware to use.
Love the fact that a bar and restaurant is right downstairs. Usually B&B places dont have that ;)
At moment my favorite place to stay in Haapsalu!
This is the first ever accommodation with shared bathroom facilities I encountered where they had bathrobes provided in the room which is something you usually see only at higher grade hotels or spas! Here it makes so much sense though because it eliminates all the awkwardness usually associated with showering and dressing in such arrangements! Appreciate it, very thoughtful!
The staff was extremely friendly and service-oriented. We were travelling by bicycle and all our wishes were heard. We could even wash our bicycles after a very sunny and dusty day in Vormsi island. The breakfast was versatile and there was plenty of different dishes availabe and even a coffee machine with great cappuccino. We really enjoyed our two nights at Kongo hotel.
Large, clean, bright, well-furnished apartment in the center of Haapsalu. Everything you need is there, and if something is missing, there is a store on the other side of the street. Taksi pub with good prices and delicious food next door. The apartment is quiet, fast wifi, free parking on the street in front of the house. The hostess is friendly and helpful.
Very nice old house, interior climate was so comfortable. Location is amazing too, it was so quiet and air so fresh, total relaxment. Staff is so nice and the breakfast was indeed superb, haven't had that good breakfast in ages in hotels. Totally recommend the place if you're looking for a simple, quiet and clean place to stay!
Friendly owner/staff and a super tasty breakfast! Two different home made (and well made!) sandwiches with porridge, coffee/tea and juice. Parking was possible on the quiet little street in front of the property. It was a nice place to stay at in the old town of Haapsalu. We enjoyed our stay.
The hosts have thought of everything. Besides the normal things you would find in a hotel, there were free snacks, real coffee (and a French press), bottled water, razor blades, shaving cream, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Plenty of parking spaces outside the building.
The apartament was brand new and in a great location just few steps away from the Posti street. The apartament has everything you need for a great stay in Haapsalu. The location was very quiet and there is also a terrace to enjoy your morning coffee or read a book. Loved the stay!
Location - just by the water edge, beautiful view with the sunset. Breakfast is very good, everything for everyone. And As Haapsalu is very small, You can access all the best part of the town by foot. Saunas in the SPA are good, my favorite is the one with the sunset view :)
The place was great. Smooth check-in. All the amenities were there. A perfect place to live in the cute city of Haapsalu. Its close to a homely cafe and close walk to the centre and the promenad. We loved our stay there. One of the best places we have been. Thanks!
This apartment was great value for the money, and we warmly recommend it for anyone visiting Haapsalu. It was spacious, impeccably clean and recently renovated. We particularly appreciated the ease of communication with the attentive hosts.
This was our second stay in Fra Mare. We like it for its excellent location in the lovely town of Haapsalu. Also, SPA is very good,.A hot sauna with an open-air pool is a perfect combination in the winter. Breakfast is good as well.
Location was great right in the heart of Haapsalu old town. Breakfast was excellent! Everything was clean. Upon separate request the air conditioning was turned on. Good sleep in a quiet room.
A great hotel located in the green area of Haapsalu just next to the beach. The SPA zone is comfortable and the treatments are amazing. The breakfast was also delicious.
