The old city of Toledo looks magnificent from the parador or from across the valley. There is an attractive river walk outside the city wall with historic bridges which lead up to the city. There are many cobbled streets to wander around but we couldn’t find a quiet traffic free square to enjoy a coffee and people watch. For me, the skyline was the most memorable part of my visit.

The old city was interesting to explore with so much of the old walls still intact. You can see the sites in one day. We caught the fast train from Toledo to Madrid (just over 30 minutes) on the other 2 days of our stay

Beautiful storybook-like old town. Great food everywhere. Our faves were the churros and carcamusas. If walking is not for you, there's a cute train that you can ride to see the highlights without having to walk up and down the cobbled streets.

The city is beautiful.
The city is beautiful. The sites however aren't much to look at. The only two really worth it was the cathedral and the jesuit church. For example, the synagogue, you enter and you've seen it all. There is also a nice park area on the way which was great for walking our Dog and having a coffee or beer in one of the little bars there. We had a superior room, which was huge and great value for money, even the Receptionist said what a good deal we had. There is a bar and restaurant just along from the hotel, which is good as there’s no Hotel bar. The Breakfast was very good and great value for money.

The hotel was ain a fairly good location for the major sights in Toledo, although everything required a 10-15 minute walk go get there.

He was delightful and we called upon him to take us around Toledo to see sights and he drove us to Cuenca after our stay in Toledo. The staff at the hotel were all pleasant and helpful, our room and bed were comfortable, and our breakfast was delicious.

Others complain about the internet, but in my room (112) I had no issues. The location is ideal, because it is just outside the walls to the old town and thus away from all the confusion, but still close to get there walking.

Parking is around the block but easy to access and reasonably priced. Breakfasts were nice, I especially loved their tortilla. It was nice staying outside old Toledo, the hotel is situated close enough for a quick walk to the city for sightseeing.
