The hotel is clean and welcoming. Comfortable beds. Esthetically the place looked nice (not "outdated" as the photos might have suggested). I liked to get some work done from my laptop on the sunny terrace as there were chairs and tables available for the hotel guests. The stay exceeded the expectations I and my friend had.

Lovely hotel, all the amenities, fantastic location for the airport travel and easy to get to Krakow town centre. Friendly attentive staff, although would be great if they could speak at least basic English. Only recommendation from me - harder mattresses. Would recommend as otherwise everything else was great.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Due to flight delays, I checked in at after 2 in the morning, and that posed no problem. The free shuttle to the airport was great, and the breakfast was simple but delicious and reasonably priced. The room was a good size and very comfortable.JohnPoland - 10Scored 10
The amenities are excellent.
The amenities are excellent. Everything seemed to be well thought out to meet the needs of travellers. Space for luggage is lacking. International travellers would most likely have full sized luggage.

Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do!
Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do! The castle and the church are the monuments to visit in first time! The city center is very nice, with a lot of churches that you can visit quickly for free. Krakow is also not so far from auschwitz-birkenau, thats a very interesting museum to do. There are also the salt mines, very beautiful place!! If you have children, or you want to relax, there is energylandia! A big attraction parc, that you can reach from Krakow main station with a train (1h). To eat, I recommend the restaurant Dorothy! That was incredible, and this is cheap! I hope that will help you! Have a nice trip

The hotel does not have a restaurant,but using the app Pyszne.pl, which is like just eat, I could order anything from so many restaurant. My order was with me within 20 minutes. The history of the place is just incredible, I like that they left little printed leaflets in your room for you to have a look. Just fantastic, and something different from chain hotels. If you want to discover and experience something unique, this is definitely the place.

Room was clean, cozy and had a nice size desk that I would be able to do work on my computer if I decided to do so. Wifi and shower worked well. Would definitely stay again if I would be in the area. True, it does not have the amenities of a fancy hotel, but who cares, as one can get a good night's sleep near the airport. And, oh yes, the free shuttle airport service was the cream on the pie.

Breakfast buffet was set up from 3am which was a nice touch as we had to be at the airport for 4am. The hotel is right next to the airport so very convenient. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Huge TV and a nice shower. We will definitely stay here again when we revisit Krakow.

Not far from the hotel is a Zabka, in case you need to buy some groceries. Positive point that they offer you a transfer for free to the airport, no matter at what hour (in our case, 4:30 in the morning).
