Beautiful city for a long weekend of history, architecture, and eating and drinking. We spent a leisurely day each in the old town, cathedral island and the Kaiser's Castle/university area. problem with finding accommodation, the booking.com map shows a different address, one street next door. Upon arrival, there was no blanket and pillow, the room was not cleaned. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was very good and the eating area was a very cozy place to be. The hotel is located in a great area - it is a short walk to the historic downtown, public transportation, and restaurants. If I am ever in Poznan again I will definitely stay here! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!
