We just did not have enough time: there is a lot to explore in the Townships and although we stayed in "Sherbrooke" we never made it into "town" but explored outlying areas and even then we did not have the time to explore Orford National Park where we thought we would hike and/or snowshoe. We spent a whole day im Magog doing the walk around the lake, some coffee, some shopping and a great dinner with friends at Alessa's! We also did a loop from Magog and explores Ste Catherines de Hatley, North Hatley and Ayer's Cliff and a side trip to the Abbey. We hope to get back and would definitely stay again at Gite L'Antre d'Eux

This hotel is very sterile - it seemed to be more targeted for business travelers and had a sterile and corporate decor and feel. The room was a bit small.
The spa services were good but the spa is spread across four floors so it is quite inconvenient going up and down from the locker room to the sauna to the treatment floor and spa reception is on yet another floor.
On the pro side, parking was convenient and everything was new enough / in good condition.
All in all I was happy when I left. Oh, and because of the gap between check out and check in at my next hotel, I asked if I could stay an hour or two later and they asked for $50!!!! Tacky.

Sherbrook and Lennoxville are situated in a lovely semi-rural area. There are lots of little shops and restaurants, and also some convenient larger stores. Many people were riding bicycles on what seemed to be a trail. There seems to be quite a few different bus lines too. We had excellent pizza at 900-

Beautiful city. Clean and easy to navigate in.
Beautiful city. Clean and easy to navigate in. The two restaurants we ate at, Boefish and Antidote Food Lab were fantastic. We visited a few museums and took a very nice walk in a local nature park and took in some shopping. A nice 2 day getaway !
The room we stayed in was clearly previously occupied by a pet who had sprayed or something. The smell was off-putting. Though the linens were clean and room tidy, it was hard to move passed the feeling of hidden or nonvisible coeanliness. I made mention at reception the morning after, as after a long journey to arrive, we were simply too defeated to have to negotiate a room change. We feel pet friendly hotels should move to ensure some rooms remain available for non-pets loving or smelling guests.
We had a great time at the Gite. The Host was wonderful, very pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and varied every day. The location of the Gite was perfect and the accommodation exceeded our expectations. I will definitely go back to this Gite next time I travel to Sherbrooke.
Property was absolutely stunning. Beds super comfy. The restaurant was amazing. We can't wait to come back. Had a massage that was so relaxing and perfect. I can't say enough good things about this place. I have already recommended it to people.
The Lennoxville was the cleanest hotel I have even stayed in. Spotless doesn't even cover it. The pool was very cute, and festive, with colored lights on in the evening. The staff were friendly, and I felt very comfortable in the room and out.
The pool and spa tub is a fantastic feature, and worth staying at this hotel for. Was pleasantly surprised by the facility. Location and layout of hotel is great also. Would be back for sure next time I am in town. Quiet and comfortable.
Very clean property. Good continental breakfast with lots of choices.
Quiet location. Big parking lot.
We stayed before at this hotel. Good acces in town - Sherbrooke.
It was graduation weekend and the hotel was full but still quiet.
This was our second stay here. The rooms are SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. The staff is very helpful and nice. I was traveling with my adult daughter, and we always feel safe when we stay here.
What a wonderful and hospitable host couple!
The house is spotless and easy to find.
The breakfast with fruits, eggs, juice and coffee and bread with brie.....excellent!!
Nice, higher end hotel. beds and linens super comfortable. We shared a room with our teenagers so the long pillows were great for having a separation on the double beds.
Bed was very comfortable and the staff was amazing. Updated rooms and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this Motel to anyone passing through Sherbrooke.
The central location at the heart of Sherbrooke near the Lake and river Magog ;
The nice and helpful staff ;
Spacious and well equipped room;
Nice modern architecture.
Our hosts were very helpful in making suggestions on places to see. The food was good and conversation better. The hosts are a lovely personable couple. Great people!
We liked our proximity to downtown sherbrooke and highway. The room was clean. Staff quickly accommodated our needs for changing rooms to one with a second bed.
Prime location close to restaurants and historic sites. We had a penthouse suite overlooking the lake. Nice warm pool. Decent but simple continental breakfast.
