    A small beautiful mountain village with good restaurants, cafés, local artists, organic producers/sellers and beer brewers, good for trekking and mountain bike. Good eats: Bistrozim de Montanha, Carijó (try their craft beer and sausages), Mina (Hotel Botanique) and Ecco Parque restaurants; and Gelateria Eisland.     It’s such a lovely place! The cabins are very comfy and a part from each other, so you can have some privacy. The hotel has great facilities, such as a lovely lake, outdoor and indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, mountain bikes and a small trail inside the property. The staff is incredible, always available to give great tips about the region and really really caring. Chico, the property dog, is a real hostess, he would come to our cabin and gently ask for treats. We love it!!!
