The hotel has a perfect location with its access to the sea and nice parking. There is a SPA and warm swimming pools - a great bonus for families with kids, especially when the sea isn't warm enough. The breakfast is quite good. The personnel who clean the room and the technicians are very nice and kind!

It was last minute reservation and it was great. We only stayed one night, off season. At the time the area is very quite.
Apartment is very nice, clean and has everything you need. It is few minutes to the beach and 10 minutes walking distance to grocery store and bar by the sea..
We enjoyed morning coffee in the garden. The owner is very, very friendly.

In the small town of Petrčane, there is a decently equipped motorboat rental, both with and without a captain. I highly recommend taking a boat trip around the surrounding islands and bays. The town has pleasant restaurants and bars with a peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend going to see old Zadar and possibly the island of Vir, which can be reached by car. There is a great restaurant in Petrčane at the Petrčane hotel, great seafood, pleasant service and the view is beautiful. A small village built for tourism on the shore. All the apartments are quite close to the sea. The water is very clean, the beaches are located to follow the sun during the day. There are some 5 decent restaurants and two small shops. For a bigger shopping you need to travel to Zadar (10 km).

Petrcane is a small, friendly fishing village with a few pebble beaches, and some small marinas/piers. There are some small shops and a few restaurants/bars. The location has stunning views. Petrcane is a very small seaside village, a half-hours drive north of the much larger city of Zadar. Petrcane has a couple of small rock and pebble beaches (no sand beaches) with absolutely crystal-clear water. The town centre is on the sea front with bars and restaurants facing the sea, which is nice. There are a couple of tiny corner shops in the town centre but a much more convenient small supermarket about 15 minutes walk out of the town centre, near the best beach (Punta Skala) which is a private beach that costs 40 Kuna per person to access (absolutely worth it).

Pertcane has a lot to offer to all!
Pertcane has a lot to offer to all! The beach is accessible with sandy bottom, perfect for having fun in the water (throwing the ball to each other, learning to swim...). There is a lot of place around the lagoon to put your towel, but you can also rent a deck chair. Parking is a drag: there is not a lot of place for all the cars, but there is a new free parking space opened near the church. There is a small Konzum shop at the center, but you cannot but newspapers in Petrcane. We had a pretty good meal at hotel 'Pinija'. My kids love coming here!

Excellent location - only 200 meters to the beach, and the most important thing is that the owner provides free access to a very nice private beach of a nearby hotel, as well as free access to the pool of the beach complex. The lady makes really nice apple pastry :) The place is one of the cleanest we've been to. It's very comfortable and spacious, air-conditioned, with plenty of equipment, very nice big balcony with sea view. The child crib is not a basic portable version but a nice wooden one. The apartment is near a sea spot where you can enjoy with your kids if you have any. There are a few near by restaurants which food and prices are very good. You can park your car on the street very close to the building and it’s safe and convenient. By car it’s 15 mins from Zadar old town.
