Miles motel: dirty room in disrepair, broken fixtures, dirty a/c, bike pump stolen out of back of my covered truck, toilet didn't work properly, looked at mattress under the bottom sheet and it was gross, theoretically there was internet but didn't work. I paid a little over a $100 for one night and it might have been tolerable at $25. Many units occupied by long term residents.

Even though my credit card was billed when I checked it, the hotel made a second charge for the full amount plus $25. It took over a week for the second charge to be removed. The hotel said it was not its fault that the second charge took so long to be removed and that I needed to contact my bank. This was unacceptable.

Used to live here and have family living here still. Used to stay with family when I visited but decided to stay at a motel instead. Chose this location due to where it was because it was close to family events. Also loved that it was close to the freeway. Walmart was close by along with fast food places. There were other attractions close by, but I came for family reasons, so I didn't explore any of those this trip.

Mesa is different.
Mesa is different. Depending on the kind of life you have, some may hate it. It's a place where it's hard to survive. Alot of homeless, it's hard to get into a rental so if you plan on moving here....buy a house. There are nice parts to mesa but when your on a budget and waiting to close on a house, you have to stay in the rough part of town, which is fine for me but even I had some run ins with some men when I first got here and I was like "did you really just come up to me and say that?". I hate the desert though. I'm a minnesota girl. You can't get better than the forest and all the lakes.

Management is the worst 10 minutes in they will have you escorted off the premises no matter how many confirmation numbers or emails you show them, they will have you banned for a whole year as well and including all your guests! Until the manager is fired I won't rest until she's finally off their payroll! #Justiceforthemanythatweretrespassedwhilehavingproofofbooking this is the venture on main by the way!

We needed a clean room for the night and we got what we needed.
The room was comfortable and we had a good night's rest. The area was very quiet. The front office man was very welcoming and showed us where to park and where to eat dinner.
I liked the location as it was close to the Mesa Performing Arts Theater.
The Customer Service friendly and exceptional every time and every way.
I requested a room with Roll in Shower in Mesa location, room 122 to be exact…the only suggestion I have is to make some improvements to the bathroom. The toilet seat does not fit the toilet base and there is no place to keep personal items if you are staying several nights.
I hope you take notice and make it more user friendly.
I've been in some bad motels in the past, but this one made those look like 5 star resorts..
The first morning I was there I was having problems with the toilet.. I want to the office at 6 am and asked for another room because I had 2 more nights to stay.
I was told I could but after 11 am..
At 10 am someone came to that room with a snake for the toilet and said he fixed it.
Well, I had to constantly use a plunger the whole time I was there... It frickin sucked.
How unbelievably cheaper, beautiful and big the rooms I booked. They were both One King bedrooms studio suites and they were everything even though my family and I was only there for one night. The cleanliness of the hotel was indeed great too. Definitely an easy access as well. I would highly recommend The Azure hotel!
This hotel has been remodeled and renamed since we last stayed here, and everything is relatively new and modern; a definite improvement. Room with a King bed was spacious. Good downtown Mesa location, if that is what you need, on the Metro light rail line. This is a no frills property, but still a good value.
It was clean and the engineer/maintenance super lady Eva was awesome. She went the extra mile to fix the heating and Delta By Marriott should strive to get more people like her. Her customer service attitude made all the difference. In Covid times this makes the difference for choosing a hotel.
Beautiful hotel. Amazing pool with towels.. Hot tub clean and warm.. Restaurant on site with bar and food.. Staff very friendly and helpful.. Rooms are immaculate and have a kitchenette and large bathroom.. The bed was massive and very ornate.. I would recommend highly
Breakfast was simple and good. Beds were mainly comfy. Corridors are noisy, can hear waking and if people let the doors slam. Not more than a usual hotel. Will stay here from now on when I come down to Phoenix.
It was convenient for the purpose of where I needed to be in mesa. It was less expensive than the the other hotels. But after that experience, I will pay for a better hotel in the future.
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Room was good, beds were good. There was a gym and we could sit by the pool, relax and read a book nearby the pool. Staff was very friendly.
