The location was right beside the Mall of America. It's very new, modern and clean. Excellent breakfast. I liked how there were lots of stations: cereal, bread and muffin, beverages, fruit and yogurt, hot items, etc.

Bloomington is great for the Mall of America.

Bloomington is great for the Mall of America. Before you go, check the details of the things you want to do. Sometimes the instore deals will be better than buying ahead if you bundle activities. Costco has Nickelodeon Universe bracelets that are a good deal, 2 for 69.99. Definitely bring more money than you anticipate. The mall prices are higher than other areas. Plan to spend roughly 35$ per adult per meal for normal meals and about $15-$20 for kids. Get SeaLife tickets online to use a coupon.

Uber did not show this hotel accurately, and our driver began by heading for the Hyatt downtown. The hotel should contact Uber, and make sure they are on ride-share platforms as the A IRPORT Hyatt Place hotel. Or make the address prominent enough that it's easy to answer Uber's request about the hotel address. This cost us some extra money. Apparently the shuttle policy (Once at the top of the hour) was still being implemented, and the shuttle driver was trying to follow one set of rules, while requests were coming from the airport for shuttle pickups. The once per hour thing doesn't really work for travellers arriving at the airport. (And MLPS airport is very confusing for finding the hotel shuttles!)

The 2 double beds are too small, there should be 2 queens. Our toilet was wobbly and sometimes didn’t stop running. . The heater was broken, the fan wouldn’t shut off. The bathroom floor and walls need replacing. The patio door didn’t lock!!😳😳

I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. The first impression of the raggedy parking lot is a bad first impression. And so was our stay. The first room offered, the TV didn't work, the phone had no dial tone and one of the lamps didn't work. Our room was never cleaned, nor trash emptied, nor towels replaced from Friday to Monday. We requested clean towels and put out our own trash. I would never stay here again, nor recommend this location to anyone! I stayed at a different location in August and I thought that it was the same location, until I arrived and was so so disappointed!

It was the most tragic shock of ANY place that I have ever been too. Prostitutes, loud, smoking half dressed people that looked as though they had been living on the streets were a multitude in this facility! The personnel at the front desk just mainly spoke in their native language to each other and ignored the surroundings! My wife and I couldn't get out of there quick enough

To be honest I paid 150.00 for 2 beds...no microwave and the bathroom double doors weren't able to lock. If people pay 150.00 there should be complimentary breakfasts or ateast a continental breakfast. I stayed at a small hotel in Wisconsin and they had 50 rooms but there was a indoor swimming pool a quiet bar and the rate was only 80.00. The parking lot was cozy unlike your parking lot that screams don't park here. The roads leading there were full of potholes and charging an extra 100.00 for security deposit is a turn off.

Location opposite the Mall of America was great and being about a five minute walk from the hotel made it an ideal spot. The hotel was very clean both in all common areas and rooms. The rooms are well appointed and having a full size fridge/freezer was a welcome surprise. Beds were comfy but pillows a bit soft for me but as I always take mine from home and use hotel ones as an extra it was not an issue.

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel for about 6 hours. We always drive here and arrive late. Also, we used the free airport shuttle at 4 am, So we did not use more than the shower, the beds, and the free coffee. But so far, the rooms have been very clean and ready for guests. I will always prefer the Choice Hotels if the location is close enough.

Bed was really comfy. Building is old and run down. Just a place to stay and no more. I had higher expectations but I didn't know at the time I booked that this was owned by the same company as Super 8. Knowing that it was not worth the price. I've stayed in way nicer hotels for less money in the same area. Breakfast was ok

Nothing was good about this “hotel”. The staff was rude when checking in, there were random people who I assume were the friends of the front desk clerk just standing in the small lobby area. Did not feel welcome at all.
