Friendly and welcoming staff, convenient little shop in the lobby for essentials, luggage carts available, pet friendly for a small fee. Nice big rooms with very comfortable bed and pillows. Full size fridge and kitchenette are really nice to have, especially when travelling with pets or family. Not too far from the highway and right next to the airport, but airplane noise wasn't an issue at all - slept great! Also excellent lighting in the room - warm colour temperature bulbs that were all consistent with each other - may sound like a small thing but makes a huge difference in feeling comfortable and being able to relax.

A very newly built hotel, definitely noticeable, this has probably been the cleanest and most taken care of hotel, that I’ve ever been to. Personally I would have liked windows that open up and allow for some fresh air in the room, but the AC worked wonders and the very friendly staff makes you feel just comfortable.

The amount of U-turns one has to do in Medford is wild to me! Odd road layouts but definitely made me and my cohort laugh a lot about all the roundabouts we did. Fast/commercial dining and gas stations were close by on every corner which was easy for a traveler though I prefer some mom and pop stores and independent diners/grills/pubs but those merchants didn't pop up on my food searches until the 3rd page on my serches.

We are relocating to Oregon, and have been researching statistics as far as education, crime, etc. Medford does rank pretty high on the crime index, although during our stay it seemed fine. We have stayed in Medford 4 times and each time we have arrived too late to enjoy the city or see it. However, that is because we always break up the trip into 5-6 hour driving lengths.

Proximity To Ashland, which is a dream land in mid May, all green.
Medford is wonderfully simple with 1 hour required to go through security, check bags and get to the gate. Bravo!
But security kept my 2 and a half inch Swiss Army knife. I thought knives that short were allowed years ago. I have carried it through numerous security gates in the past. Put it in your checked bags.
Since we had no car, we ordered a fantastic, maybe the best pizza from Abby’s who agreed to deliver. It was stacked high with spinach, artichoke hearts, black olives on a Greek pizza. The driver went out of his way to find us, as we had called our hotel the airport Marriott. He went to the wrong Medford Marriott. He brought it to our room. Katie was the nice person on the phone that kept the pizza coming to us. 3 other restaurants named by the hotel did not order .

Best parking system.
Best parking system. Every room had a covered parking spot in front of your door. It was pouring during check-in, but nothing got wet. No noisey tenants above us, all rooms were single level occupancy. Very clean

Please note that Booking should immediately drop this motel from their website. You seriously do not want to be associated with this place in any way. It was beyond BAD--it was so awful that we paid (pre-paid) but did not stay. The manager would not refund our money so we said we'd be back (so she'd not be able to re-rent the room), than we left town. She was a scary lady!!! She actually screamed at me-became a total mental case -said "what don't you understand about a reservation."
A 8.8 AAA sign was on the counter in the office. What a joke!!!
The neighborhood was also scary. Lots of homeless-or at least wondering people with carts, strollers and backpacks filled with crap. I would have felt safer in a Walmart parking lot sleeping in my car.
I would urge everyone to not judge a book by its cover! This place was fantastic. The neighborhood looks old, but the room and office facilities are top notch. We enjoyed our stay - even though it was only one night - and will be back as soon as we can book another trip to / through Medford. We stayed in several areas and in several different hotel chains during this recent trip, and this was by far the best. Kudos to the management!
What a fabulous hotel and pet friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast and sitting area in the lobby. The salt water pool was great, the grandkids enjoyed visiting us for a swim. The room had a separate area with a comfortable sofa and chair and TV. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked with toaster, dishes, cookware and full size refrigerator. We stayed 4 nights and will definitely stay again.
Great place to stay. Newly remodeled room. Can't say about the room we were supposed to be in as we were upgraded to a King mini suite. Very clean, very new. Loved the shower, bed and pillows. Ended up with a stove and pots and a pan. Didn't use them, but the larger size fridge and the extra counter space were a nice bonus. I'd stay here again. Front desk folks very nice.
-Close to the airport
-Pet friendly and there is a vacant, fenced area next to the hotel for a dog to run. I’m not sure if the property belongs to the hotel but the land is vacant and the gate is open.
-easy access the Highway 5 north and south.
- we only stay for one night at a time but it seems to be quiet.
- close to restaurants and stores - 1/2 to 1 mile.
This is a great place to stay for one night. Room was clean and comfortable, ample size, front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. We stayed as we had a fight out of Medford at the end of our trip. The value for your money was in line. Hotel is close to many restaurants and shopping. Close to attractions as Medford is not a huge city and is easy to get around.
Breakfast was good, it had all the offerings of a good continental breakfast. We stayed over Easter, and Easter Bunny visited the hotel, leaving large eggs throughout the hotel for youngsters to find. I thought that was a very sweet gesture. The eggs were filled with yummy treats my kids love. This was quite a lovely, unexpected surprise. :)
The hotel was superbly decorated for Chriatmas, so warm and cozy. The front desk staff were exceptional for our stay on 12/3/21. I thought it was great how they have a restaurant and lounge, along with Room service. All fully operational... Hats off to you Hilton.
This hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. All the amenities you could ask for without the inflated rate. We travel a lot to Medford for medical reasons and we appreciate the clean environment, comfortable beds and friendly familiar staff.
Staff was friendly, our room was clean & smelled like fresh linens! I didn't feel like I needed to clean or sanitize the room which was a huge relief after the last few hotels we stayed in! The extra pillows we asked for were provided!
I guess when you step into an establishment like that, all you care about is NO bed bugs, NO stench, hot water, and a working AC. All four were delivered.

This hotel was remarkable. No wasted space in the room super quiet despite being close to the I-5 . High quality fast food beside . Value was excellent. Definitely will stay here again in future trips south .
Cleanliness is the most appealing to me. The fans in the bathroom and room are very quiet . I was not able to hear the flushing of toilets nor any shower noises from other hotel rooms which is a plus!
Very new, beautiful decor, nice lobby and outdoors seating. Reasonably quiet (sealed windows). Decent gym. Overall a fairly luxurious feel and a pretty good value.
GREAT stay. Lovely accommodations and grounds were clean and well kept. Room was nice sized and well stocked. Probably the best place to stay in Medford area.
