Room was good. Location was excellent as we were catching train and was within walking distance. However (not hotel’s fault re homeless people), the homeless situation and the campus rally was a bit unnerving.

And Leo at Airport LaQuinta, you were so rude to my mother she cried then you made me cry three hours later when I too noted that you did indeed bill us both for those last nights. And number two out there, Micheke i think was kinder a few days later but poo-pooed researching my mom charges at the sane time as mine so NO ONE HELPED WHEN YOU ROBBED US. And i called everyone, everywhere associated with LaSuckoff to no avail. I left messages, sent emails, nothing but you want my opinion? Well you havent seen the last of me LaQuinta Airport Portland Iregon i wouldnt waste your money advertising. You should save it for a pr team to repair whats com8bg fir you. The best thing about Portland are the family members who live there; they are the reason for our visit. We do enjoy going to many sites in Portland including the various gardens: Rose Garden, Chinese Garden, Japanese Garden, Pennisula Garden, Rhodendron Garden, and just walking around neighborhoods seeing the beautiful trees and plants. Powell's Bookstore is a must. We went to a Thorn's (women's Pro soccer team) game. It was exciting. There are many good food options in Portland. We like the zoo and of course there are many sites nearby to visit including a plethora of "falls" like Multinoma and Bridal Veil. The beauty of the city is blighted by homeless camps which lead to much litter, etc.

Portland, you're a breath of fresh air, reminiscent of my beloved Calgary with your mellow pace of life. Yet, you offer a gentle winter, free from the icy grip that defines our seasons. Your embrace of the LGBTQ community and the effortless kindness of your residents have been a revelation, challenging the media's portrayal with a beautiful reality. A heartfelt shoutout to Moxy Portland Downtown for their uniquely fabulous vibe and warm hospitality. You've been the highlight of our journey. As we conclude our road trip across the US Pacific Northwest, it's clear—Portland, you're the perfect finale. 🌲✨

    Enjoyed the nature and greenery.

Enjoyed the nature and greenery. Went to Providence Park for Timbers soccer match and would highly recommend. I liked Washington Park with the Japanese Gardens and Rose Test Gardens. Liked walking around Powell's Books. Really enjoyed walking around NW District neighborhood, and eating at Sweet Bacon Cafe and Scottie's Pizza Parlor. Recommend staying at Inn at Northrup Station in NW District or the Tiny Digs Hotels in Kerns neighborhood in East Portland. Enjoyed Screen Door restaurant at East Portland. Trail Blazers Basketball game at Moda Center was fine. There is a lot of homeless and possible drug use around downtown Pearl District. Never felt threatened or in danger but definitely need to be cautious.

Packaged breakfast but freshly made every morning. Breakfast fairly good considering its covid time. Starbucks coffee bland and bad, needs more coffee in the brewer. The hotel is conveniently located a walking distance to shops and restaurants. The area is definitely cleaner and safer than staying in downtown Portland. I love the big rooms that has a seating area complete with a desk, fridge and microwave. The rooms are relatively clean and decor fairly up to date. I would stay here again but i just wish the walls are more soundproof.

Newly renovated with cute vintage touches. It was in a good location and we visited on the weekend, so there were no big issues with street parking. Easy access to things on East Burnside and a 10-minute walk across the bridge to downtown Portland. The hotel had a fun nordic themed restaurant, plus a rooftop bar which was nice when we wanted to lounge around the hotel during our free time. Staff was really kind, welcoming, and helpful.

Our second stay at Jupiter NEXT. Great location for our purposes, with good dining options nearby. Parking cost reasonable compared to downtown hotels. This hotel is exceptionally clean and bright; bathroom set up works well and love the large walk-in shower. Appreciate that they are not doing small plastic toiletries (they have wall-mounted dispensers). Friendly staff and good price over the Thanksgiving holiday!

Probably the best hotel I've stayed at. The room was bigger than average rooms, everything was clean and smelled good. Nice details like magazines, the menu and things to do in Portland. Staff was all very nice and helped us with any questions we had. We didn't use the gym but it was well equipped. Loved the library and the decoration. We also tried the food at the tavern and it was very good and well priced.

The location of this hotel is very good, having walked arround Portland it was clear that we were in one of the best places. Our room was okay, although a strange layout, we looked out onto the street. There was a free wine and cheese reception for guests in the lobby area, obviously very popular. The staff were very helpful and curtious. Car parking was directly under the hotel and secure.

I love Hoxton hotels. The rooms in the Portland branch are well designed and comfy (I stayed in the cheap and cheerful shoebox room - plenty of space for a solo traveller to lay out their suitcase & rest their head). There are lots of public transport options within a short walk & the Hoxton reception staff were helpful and friendly.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was so fancy. I loved that you had to use your card to access any part of hotel; elevators, pool, spa, meditation room. It provides a sense of safety especially being so close to downtown and the state of people around those parts. I loved the food from room service as well. Delicious and prompt.
