Gorgeous hotel with professional, courteous staff. In particular Ross and Katie were both so helpful and excellent ambassadors for your hotel. A quick mention also for Diana at Clover Thai. She gave me a wonderful massage that added to the luxury feeling of the hotel.

everything was perfect, we didn’t have a single complaint about the room. the bed was comfy, the bathroom was lovely and the breakfast variety was great. the location was amazing too, very close to the tram and bus stops. staff were so friendly and welcoming, would 100% stay again!

Excellent location just off the Luas and within walking distant of Jervis St, shopping center as I was travelling with my Daughters on a "girlie" weekend for shopping. Rooms were lovely but got very warm at night hence the fan was a great help. 😁

Staff was very accommodating, especially due to the elevators, continually unable to read The room cards. It was very frustrating to have to return to the desk repeatedly over several days to have the staff provide new cards with the hope that the elevators would work the technology at the address. Connolly is in great need of help. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the staff at the restaurant was very accommodating.
