The hotel is nice in terms of location. but a little confused about parking, anyway, the breakfast is really bad, there is a strange smell and the options are very few, you don't need to buy breakfast at all, in general, the employees are good, there are towels in the room, the quilts are not so clean, unfortunately, don't forget to buy water on the way, we couldn't find it in the market because we went at night. no one asked for the room to be cleaned, we tried to handle it ourselves, as a result, the view is ok, but the service is bad, we think the view is already everywhere in this country, there are better options in Kotor. Especially the pool you have seen is incredibly small, maximum 2 people can swim in the size of a jacuzzi, and it was neglected, so do not say that it has a pool and do not go.

A touristic city. Nothing else rather than tourism here, or swimming at the sea at season I guess. The city is composed mostly of 3-5 storey buildings. There are picturesque mountains around but you cannot really walk there, at least not without riding up by taxi. Lots of construction work around, sometimes you are confused how to go because whole streets are closed. There is nice litte "old town" touristic spot, I liked it the most of all.

A lovely place to visit and the Montenegrin people are so friendly and welcoming. Spent most of our evenings walking around the Old Town within the walls. The Piano Nobile restaurant within the Old town is a must and we dined there on 3 occasions. We felt very safe and saw No anti social behaviour at all. Already planning a 2nd trip later on this year and this time we'll stay in the Old Town.

For beach people. Kotor is very different in this regard. I ran the coastal path from Budva to Sveti Stefan and back and recommend this to any runners. You pass many cove settlements and beaches you otherwise wouldn't know about.
Soul Food has nice sandwiches and pastries.

Very nice city.
Very nice city. I travel to Budva so often and love being there.
For the first time visitors, I recommend that they'd better choose summer season so that they can have much more fun and enjoy the environment (in and out of the city) and of course swimming.
The old city is quite unique day and night. You can have especially dinner at restaurant Jadran just by the sea. Next to this restaurant, there is a pub, named Bike and Beer. Its owner is the same of the restaurant. You may spend a night in there and enjoy the music which is performed by two grumpy looking elderly men. To me, they are perfectly play their guitars and sing.
Babaloo is a snack restaurant and bar. They have a very satisfying menu. This place is on the ground floor of TQ Plaza, the only shopping mall of the city.
Should you try your luck, you can visit the casino in the Splendid Hotel, ten minutes away from the city by taxi.
Inside of the old city walls, there shops and pubs. You can spend some time in one of them.
And more... To be honest, I'm tired of writing.
Go and see. You'll understand why I love Budva.
Do not stay only in Budva. Visit the other cities on the cost of Kotor Bay which is the only fjord in Mediterannean sea; Kotor, Tivat, Petrovac, Perast, HerzegNovi.
Please do travel up to Zabljak, a city towards to Serbian border in north. Visit Durmitor Natural Park and Tara Canyon (2nd in the world and the biggest in European) and try zip-line... On the way up to Zabljak, you may visit Ostrog Monastry that is placed on one side of a hill like it's curved in the rocks.
The location was just perfect, since we prefer to walk a lot. It was not far anyway, even though it was in the upper side of the city, but if you use the neighborhood stares (there are plenty), you can be in the center for around 7-8 mins. The staff members were very kind and careful for everything. The place was very clean everywhere, and the breakfast was amazing. Also there was free parking so we could leave our car safe just in front of the hotel. I'd definitely consider this place again if I were to visit Budva anytime soon.
The kindest staff I run into during my whole Montenegro trip. Kind, helpfull, intrested and really taking an extra step.
The room was big and comfy. Nice huge bed and lovely sheets. The showers was like the best. And they had Rituals miniatures for showering and shampoo.
And breakfast really better and more then expected. Overal I am in love with this place. It's not near the center of Budva but totally worth to gifr yourself some peace and relaxing.
the apartment is nice and cozy, very clean too. I stayed here twice during my trip to Montenegro cause I really liked Budva the first few days, so I went back and re-booked this accommodation. Staff is very nice and friendly, always ready to help. Great wifi connection and nice terrace to sit in. Comfy bed, good shower.
15min away from Budva riviera/old town, 10min from bus station, 3min from bakery selling lovely pastries
Look no further. Spectacular accommodation and phenomenal and super friendly hosts. The rooms are new, modern and highly equipped. Cleaning can be daily and they really pay attention to every little detail. I’m a platinum Marriott member - this venue provided the same quality if not even higher standard than a 4 or 5 star hotel across Europe. Amazing view from the balcony and overall amazing experience.
We spent a wonderful holiday in Montenegro. Villa Merci Budva is very comfortable, like at home. The rooms have everything! Owners of the hotel have thought of everything to the smallest detail, from clotheslines for drying to various dishes. Thank you very much to the administration of the hotel, hospitality and gifts. Within a week they became family.
Best wishes, Togzhan and my family.
Guest house andrea is best of the best for Budva!
People are so nice and they can be the most friendly people in all Montenegro. Many thanks to Marco and his lovely family! You should definitely stay in Guest House Andrea. I traveled more than 50 countries around the world and I couldn’t see the lovely and friendly people like house owner Marco and his family! Thank you so much for everything!
We have stayed here many times but never this early in their season. Hotel options (restaurants, entertainment etc) were not yet operating at 100% but we still had a great time and I would continue to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montenegro. The grounds are very well kept and the views of the surrounding coastline and mountains are stunning!
Aleksandra, the hostess, is very pleasant and attentive, always in touch and ready to help and answer any question at any time. Excellent location with great views of the Old Town. The value for money is the best I have found in the Old Town of Budva. I have stayed at the hotel three times and will definitely stay at this hotel again.
It was a great experience stay in Vela. We really enjoyed since the onboarding of the hotel staff - so much friendly- till the departure. If I visit Budva-Kotor I will definitely stay in the same hotel. I am a frequent traveler that recommend Vela for everyone. Plus, Backyard of the Hotel worth to spend time and relax.
Our stay at the hotel "Montenegro" was very convenient and I can say that was better than I expected. Room is OK, service is OK,food is also OK. There is a nice beach near the hotel.
Also I want to thank you for the room upgrade :) and I would also like to add thanks to Marina from the reception. Good luck, guys
Hotel Budva is in the middle of the Budva City, next to the sea, if you want you can swim in the swimming pool at the 4th floor or you can walk to beach.
very very clean rooms, staff is always smiling, you can find delicious breakfast and dinner in the restaurant.
very fast check in and check out.
free parking.
There was parking at the hotel which is a big bonus in Budva. You could also park behind the row of apartments across the road. Reception were really friendly and helped print off airline tickets. Breakfast was decent. This is the best value I have encountered in Montenegro and would 100% recommend.
The hotel is right in the heart of budva.. in the middle of everything close to the old town of budva and the beach .. very good quality for 4 star hotel! Staff amazing and so helpful from reception to restaurant staff! Parking was great too in the basement
The View was mind blowing. The Host Jelena & Misha are amazing people made us feel home and helped us with everything we needed. They know how to make their guest comfortable. Recommended to everyone who want to visit Budva, Montenegro.
I was on a short trip through Budva. This hotel is a real gem. Everything was perfect, from the staff to the cleanliness, the Hastens beds, the garage, the food, the location., the view...I will definitely come again.
Hotel Moskva is our primary choice for accomodation in Budva. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The meals are delicious. The location is not that close to the centre so you can rest good without city noise.
It seems to be the best hotel in Budva. It meets the requirements of a 5 star hotel. It has nice beach and pools. However, I did not use them because of the season. Breakfast is good.
Nice and quiet place, close to Budva but far from noise and crowding of the city:)
The hotel has a nice pool and spa, clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were kind and dedicated 🌷
New, modern hotel, close to the center and beach of Budva. Very nice and relatively spacious bathroom. Good bed, AC. Included free underground parking.
