The staff. They are what makes this place. Most were very very nice , friendly and helpful.
Location was ok.
The bars and restaurants were very nice and entertainment was quite good at night
Pool at papaya is very nice.
Also I would like to give Sarita from the social restaurant at breakfast a mention, she went above and beyond and was always helpful and smiling.
Rum tasting was a nice touch.

The owner is very caring. We felt not just relax but also pampered by the caring of welcoming drinks etc She organized everything quickly when asked. The place is big and great with pool and the beach just after the yard. There was a lady for cleaning With my family we were really very satisfied

We arrived on Christmas Eve at Stunning Belle Mare Beachfront Apartment and the moment we were in the villa, we immediately called the owners to extend our stay. They were indeed very helpful, friendly and humble. We found everything truly perfect in every regard to spend quality time together. Rooms are clean and cozy, good wifi, hot water, kitchen well equipped, right sized pool, beautiful ocean view, peaceful atmosphere. This place is value for money and safe. If you want some extra fun, Aqua City is just five minutes away. I believe it's these little things that made our stay so special. It was just a break from our daily life. I highly recommend this villa if you want to relax with family. We will definitely come back again. It is the perfect place to relax.

This is an exceptional resort, with relaxation and sports...
This is an exceptional resort, with relaxation and sports activities to meet everyones needs. The golf courses (two) are exceptional and the caddies are superb. If you want a relaxing holiday, this is the place, if you want a bit of sport, then again, this is the place. The staff are also the most genuine and pleasant you will find, that will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable, you just need to treat them in the same manner :)

The staff, and facilities made this such a wonderful trip.
The staff, and facilities made this such a wonderful trip. I went for golf, and was not at all disappointed, the two local courses (Legends and Links) were excellent. The restaurants on the resort were great places to eat, and although i did not have fully-inclusive, the costs of extra drinks etc were still very reasonable. I will be returning with friends and family in the futureMichaelBelgium

The resort was full with different activity options for them who wanted to experience them. For them who just wanted to stay and lay on the sun, was Ambre also perfect. The food, especially in Dolce vita restaurant was amazing. Also the service there was amazing. Recommendation to eat half at Indigo and half at Dolce vita. They also have the third one la Plage, which we never visited due to it wasn’t included to AI. The stuff was always so nice and helpful.SusannalauraFinland

They changed the towels every day. The owners are the nicest people that I have met and talking to them was a fun experience. They arranged us a tasty dinner and arranged a taxi when we went on. I was breathless when I saw their beautiful garden. The walk to the beach was only 10 minutes. He suggested us Belle Mare Beach and we love it after been in not so beautiful beaches in the south (for swim). They have a cool pool, colorful lights at night. Unfortunately we just stay one night and we could hang enough with the man that even offer us to go fish. We would love to define come back. Rati, Vikesh, Vinesh, Sanjay and tge whole team was outstanding! we liked the philosophy of the hotel, as it is very sustainable. the room was with view of the ocean, cleaned 2 times a day! we enjoyed the boat from hotel to the reef for snorkeling every day! the staff helped us to organize some other avtivities around 2 other islands. we got the best time! the hotel has outstanding view and access to the ocean! we were provided with towels for the pool all the time. everything was perfect!
