The accommodation is very nice, can accommodate 4 people, along with winter/skiing clothes. We made breakfast every morning since the apartment has all the basic amenities you need for making breakfast/dinner. One of the things I liked the most is the hotel spa, which you have to pay extra, but it's more than worth the price! It's spacious, has three saunas, indoor and outdoor hot pool and hot tub, turkish steam room, etc. Also, if you come here for skiing, you will appreciate that the ski pass issuing machine is located straight inside the hotel! The hotel staff, along with Milka - the apartment owner were very polite and responsive before and throughout our stay!

It is a beautiful, light and clean apartment. The host had sent all the information, photos, how to find the location. And I especially want to note an incredible view from the window to the mountains.

Kopaonik is an amazing sought after sunny mountain with lots of snow until end of March, fantastic ski slopes, hotels, restaurants, shops and facilities. Ski slopes are for all levels, probably best suited for families and those who enjoy wide slopes and relaxed skiing ... but there are also few steep black slopes for more extreme skiers.
Kopaonik is beautiful all year around. I prefer Kop during winter, it's magical.

Good food and atmosphere in the restaurants in the centre and at the ski slopes. The ski center is crowded all the time, during working days and especially weekends (January, February and March). Waiting time for the main 6 or 4 seaters to take you up 20-40 min, which is ridiculous. There is no waiting line; the crowd of people are stepping on each other, fighting to get quicker to the lift. Don't bring your own skis (better rent) as they will be damaged from people stepping on them.

Wonderful place for skiing and snowboarders.
Wonderful place for skiing and snowboarders. Excellent local food, nice beers. However, the locals are smoking inside the facility with was a problem for me. Your clothes can smell unpleasantly after being outside for a lunch or dinner. Nacionalna klasa serves the best quality of food in the center of Kopaonik and you would not smell the cigarettes that severely as the other places.

Great place for mid-level skiing, it is big enough, we’ve been there for 5 days and it did not get boring as we changed slopes and got across the whole skiing area exploring. The weather was too warm and some slopes were closed, but still quite many were open.

Some very good slopes but very crowdy (you have to stay in the line 15-20 min to go up every time) and rather expensive (in Belgrade the prices are at least twice lower). Slope maintenance is also not the best.

Unfortunately, Kopaonic is not what it used to be.
Unfortunately, Kopaonic is not what it used to be. In recent years, accommodation capacities have doubled (if not tripled), while the infrastructure has remained the same. That's why skiing in Kopaonic has become a true test of patience. You can wait at least 10-15 minutes up to 30 minutes for each climb. You hardly find locals who speak English and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. It has become a very crowded resort.
We stayed for a few days in this huge apartment that could have easily fit four people. It was warm, clean, and comfortable. The apartment had an equipped kitchen where we prepared our own food, and a nice restaurant on the ground floor if we wanted to eat out. The facility also had a spa, but we didn't use it. Since we went skiing, it was convenient that the ski lift to the mountain top was nearby and ski tracks were easily accessible. Afordable in comparison with the prices up on Kopaonik.
Very friendly staff, always available online for information. Very good location and lots of space for parking. The apartment was clean and hospitable with everything we needed. Very good bathroom and comfortable bed and sofa. Balcony with a nice view. In addition it's 10 minutes away from the ski slopes by car. There is also a ski shuttle bus every day which stops right in front of the hotel. Also the host recommended us some places to visit and they were all worth it. Recommend 🙂
Great apartment at the center of Kopaonik Village , 2mins on foot to the slopes and rght next to restaurants bars cafes supermarket and ski rental. Ivana was great with directions , keys and ski lockers . The great thing is that she also has an underground parking slot near the apartment so no need to worry about the weather. The apartment is really big with great view and all the staff you need to stay. Really clean and kozy . Will defenitely will try to visti you next year!!
We were staying in the Mozaik Apartments for 7 nights with my friend. The staff was very friendly and heartwarming, the owner's associate speaks Serbian, English and a bit of Russian. As a bonus we had a 15% discount in a local ski rental, tasty jam and a small bottle of rakija.
The day before our check-out I hurt my knee and we were allowed to stay in the apartment until the bus departure.
I'll definitely go there again after recovery or the next skiing season.
The location of the hotel is perfect for skiers. It's next to a slope. The staff is nice, they are friendly and helpful. When we arrived they took our luggage, the skies (the hotel has a separate place where you can store your ski equipment, this is a big bonus if you have your skis with you), and they also have ski rental. The food was good, the hotel was warm and cosy, a perfect place for a mountain stay.
The location was perfect, also the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable. We liked the breakfast and food in the restaurant. Ski renting and accessing the ski slopes were easy. Strongly suggest the massage in the hotel; the spa and massage staff were experts. We enjoyed our holiday and thinking of coming back to Kopaonik in the future.
We were 8 people, we had just enough space. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need. The bathroom is clean and it has everything. The terrace is lovely, and there’s a lot of parking space too. The ski slopes were just a few minutes from the house. Overall we had a great time there, we’ll definitely come back here when we come to Kopaonik. Everything was perfect!
Beautifull wooden style house as from fairy tail, placed in calm area but still close to supermarket and restaurants. Very well connected with the Kopaonik ski center with ski bus nearby. Provides great experience with private open air jakuzzi and private sauna. Very kind owner is always available to help with anything.
Spacious rooms, we have had with balcony.
300 meters from the gondola from Brzeće to Kopaonik.
Ski room nicely located at the hotel entrance.
Friendly staff, they really try to help.
Free parking at the hotel.
Breakfast was very good for 3 stars hotel, we have had various fruits, vegetables and premium appetizers.
The hotel is within walking distance (even for toddlers) to the activity centre and children's snow park. Our room had great views of the slopes and it was very clean and comfortable. The food is absolutely divine. It is one of the hotels in Serbia which restricts smoking and we are highly thankful for that.
Simply the best. One of the oldest high class hotel on Kopaonik that kept highest level of service and remodern all of facilities. refurbished rooms, excellent services, clean and elegant. Garage makes your life easy.
I liked that the hotel was new build with a very nice design and in a very quiet area. The spa was good, very relaxing after a day at ski. The parking was very big but without security..
rooms, pozition in front of the slopes, lobby, the staff, ski school and rentals in the hotel, parking, pool, saunas and a huge + that there are 2 areas where you can smoke
Perfect location for summer holiday on Kopaonik. In winter, it's not for a people with ski as a priority.
Huge and comfortable bade.
Breakfast/Dinner was very good,
Domaćin je pravi domaćin. Sve je moglo da se dogovori. Veliki stan, ekstra za druženje, alkohol i društvene igre. Vrh doručak i večera. Kolima je blizu ski centru.
