The accommodation is very nice, can accommodate 4 people, along with winter/skiing clothes. We made breakfast every morning since the apartment has all the basic amenities you need for making breakfast/dinner. One of the things I liked the most is the hotel spa, which you have to pay extra, but it's more than worth the price! It's spacious, has three saunas, indoor and outdoor hot pool and hot tub, turkish steam room, etc. Also, if you come here for skiing, you will appreciate that the ski pass issuing machine is located straight inside the hotel! The hotel staff, along with Milka - the apartment owner were very polite and responsive before and throughout our stay!

We had a wonderful time with great staff. The manager Alexander made our stay super comfortable. Diana, Maria and all front desk staff was so nice. Ski, horse riding we enjoyed our stay so much. Excellent food in the breakfast and dinner. He offered Serbian delicious wines in the evenings. Rooms are big, bright and clean. Spa is amazing, hot sauna, steam room, indoor pool and jakuzi is what you need after a cold ski day. The most important is when you have any problem, staff is super helpful to solve in a minute. Hotel has a slope just in front of it so you are directly connected to ski slopes. First day we could not use that slope and Alexander arranged the hotel minibus to drive us to the center and bring back us free. It was so nice of them. You can buy skipass in the hotel. You can rent your equipment from the hotel. All are for reasonable prices. When we are leaving they gave us local paste Ajvar and home made marmalade as present :)) We left with great memories... super nice!!! definitaly recommend here to stay and looking forward to come back next year. thank you so much for your great hospitality !!!

Kopaonik is an amazing sought after sunny mountain with lots of snow until end of March, fantastic ski slopes, hotels, restaurants, shops and facilities. Ski slopes are for all levels, probably best suited for families and those who enjoy wide slopes and relaxed skiing ... but there are also few steep black slopes for more extreme skiers.
Kopaonik is beautiful all year around. I prefer Kop during winter, it's magical.

Good food and atmosphere in the restaurants in the centre and at the ski slopes. The ski center is crowded all the time, during working days and especially weekends (January, February and March). Waiting time for the main 6 or 4 seaters to take you up 20-40 min, which is ridiculous. There is no waiting line; the crowd of people are stepping on each other, fighting to get quicker to the lift. Don't bring your own skis (better rent) as they will be damaged from people stepping on them.

Wonderful place for skiing and snowboarders.
Wonderful place for skiing and snowboarders. Excellent local food, nice beers. However, the locals are smoking inside the facility with was a problem for me. Your clothes can smell unpleasantly after being outside for a lunch or dinner. Nacionalna klasa serves the best quality of food in the center of Kopaonik and you would not smell the cigarettes that severely as the other places.

Great place for mid-level skiing, it is big enough, we’ve been there for 5 days and it did not get boring as we changed slopes and got across the whole skiing area exploring. The weather was too warm and some slopes were closed, but still quite many were open.

Some very good slopes but very crowdy (you have to stay in the line 15-20 min to go up every time) and rather expensive (in Belgrade the prices are at least twice lower). Slope maintenance is also not the best.

Unfortunately, Kopaonic is not what it used to be.
Unfortunately, Kopaonic is not what it used to be. In recent years, accommodation capacities have doubled (if not tripled), while the infrastructure has remained the same. That's why skiing in Kopaonic has become a true test of patience. You can wait at least 10-15 minutes up to 30 minutes for each climb. You hardly find locals who speak English and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. It has become a very crowded resort.
The apartment was clean.
We had everything we needed.
Cosy.
The beds are very comfortable.
The apartment was vacuumed every day. They washed the dishes we had. We had only tea caps and glasses.
The breakfast is good. You have what to choose. In my opinion not so good for vegetarians. But I'm not one, so for me, it was very good.
They have a bus to take you to the slopes.
They have a place in the town where you can rent ski and snowboard. And also they have there a room where you can leave your equipment.
I arrived at 2.30 at night. Still there was someone to show me my room.
The owner of the apartment is very nice. He gave me an extra night because for free because of a miss small communication we had about arrival time.
The bus to the ski lift is just 1 minute walk and only 1.5 euro for retour ticket.
The apartment looks new, lux and you have options for cooking. But who needs cooking when you are in Serbia? Nice restaurants and rakija everywhere.
The apartment is really warm, cozy and its spacious! The small kitchen has everything you need in case that you want to cook( microwave, oven, induction stove, fridge). On the building you also find an restaurant, a spa where you have a discount with your apartment key and a parking place included! 5 min drive to the closest ski slope, and aprox 15 min drive to Kopaonik center. For a family of 4 it was the perfect choice! Highly recommend!
view of the mountains, not in the main center so next time I would stay in a hotel in the center, not this neighboring town down the road...it was more like 9km, not 4km as advertised, 15 min drive. You then pay to enter the national park AND pay for parking, usually 500+ RSD each time you want to visit the actual Kopaonik location. This is also Bookings fault for poor advertising.
We really loved the apartment.. It’s new, clean, cozy and has everything you need. We visited Kopaonik with the kids, so this apartment was very convenient and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back in a winter time and teach our kids to ski here 😊 Slopes are really near, and having a parking space is super convenient.
Small functional apartment with a great location, only 100m away from the slopes in the very center of Kopaonik. The ski locker is available in one of the rentals, per agreement with the owner, though instructions for finding the place should be explained better... The apartment has a small but fully functional kitchenette.
Beautifull wooden style house as from fairy tail, placed in calm area but still close to supermarket and restaurants. Very well connected with the Kopaonik ski center with ski bus nearby. Provides great experience with private open air jakuzzi and private sauna. Very kind owner is always available to help with anything.
The hotel is within walking distance (even for toddlers) to the activity centre and children's snow park. Our room had great views of the slopes and it was very clean and comfortable. The food is absolutely divine. It is one of the hotels in Serbia which restricts smoking and we are highly thankful for that.
When we arrive, they put the car in the parking and they put our ski equipment directly to the ski storage! 🙂
The hotel has direct access to the main ski lifts!
The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and high quality products!!! The Spa area was also very neat and clean!
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel is super clean and spotless, food is amazing, the rooms are really big and contain everything you need. I have been to many hotel and apartments in Kopaonik but this one definitely has the best value for the price.
I liked that the hotel was new build with a very nice design and in a very quiet area. The spa was good, very relaxing after a day at ski. The parking was very big but without security..
Great location, new building (apart hotel), luxury apartments, very friendly and helpful staff, ski room, free parking, free wifi, very safe, great heating, same as photos posted!
Everything! Next time going again there! Stuff were really helpfull with an issue that we had. Excellent value for the money since in Kopaonik hotels are very pricey!
