The hospitality of the staff and the location of the hotel were exceptional. The infinity pool and room views were amazing as the waterfalls were visible from the room balcony. The food was delectable and the chef personally inquired about the quality of the food. From room interiors to the cleanliness of the hotel and pool, everything was just perfect. Even a person from the hotel staff guided us all the way to the waterfalls and was very helpful. I think this was one of the best hotel stays that I have ever had.
