Clean room Clean aircon (very important) Soft mattress (I think it's memory foam) and pillows. Massive TV (smart TV) Quiet area with well trained security. Very good guidance by messages of the owners/landlords with a complete list of what to and what not, which gave me the impression that they really cared about the room / unit.

The location was very near the Cebu-Mactan Airport, and even though I arrived late (23:30), they sent a driver to pick me up for 100p, which was a fair price and very convenient and reassuring. The dorm bed was spacious and included a lockable cubby to put valuables into. Each bunk had an electrical outlet. Bathroom was clean.

Breakfast? If there was a breakfast served onsite, we were totally unaware. Very good Italian restaurant located across the street. The room was extremely cozy and more importantly very quiet.
