It was disappointing clean we were not able to sleep at all. The floor was disgusting dirty not worth what I pay. I stayed all over Morocco but this was the only hotel I was disappointed. It was hot tried to turn on the AC but no. I think they control it from there office.then I open my window to have fresh air but it noisy then close it. Become hot in room so was awake whole night . go back to the room no toilet paper, no towel, no glass, no water. OMG never had that experience. So from me - 0 never go back to this place but staff was all smiley they were trying their best to hide So all over good staff but disappointing property

Rabat is the capital of Morocco. The streets and Medina of Rabat are much wider and cleaner. The Kasbah is not so clean but still a good place to visit. One night / 2 days in Rabat is good enough time to see everything around.

Rabat is interesting for a day.
Rabat is interesting for a day. The main sight is the Kasbah which is free to enter. You DO NOT need a guide and it IS NOT about to close, despite what all the touts try to tell you. Walking around the medina is interesting and safe.

Not a fan of Rabat, it was cleaner than the other cities we visited but there was not much to do other than the Medina and the tourist places to visit. I enjoyed Marrakech and Fez. If I go back to Morocco I would skip Rabat.

Is small city , specifically the medina is the best part, just like you are back in old time, the narrow street and people live their is the same as in Pakistan culture old city Lahore they have the same style of old houses, but Rabat is quite and small ,Lahore is 2 nhs largest city of Pakistan , population of nearly 170 million , they also preserved the old city just like medina in rabat

I would recommend Rabat. It is a very modern city.
I would recommend Rabat. It is a very modern city.
The city is extraordinarily clean and very safe.
Every person we met was kind, funny and charismatic.
The medina is the highlight and absolutely incredible.
Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum are great as well.
Walking along the "river" is recommended as well, as there are some restaurants to eat something sweet and enjoying the view.
Rabat isn't a typical capital. Rabat only has 500'000 inhabitants and it shows. Therefore, it's a rather quiet town, restaurants close early and there aren't too many.
I would recommend maximum a week, maybe less.
Taxis are very professional and can be used for transport. Cheap and without scammers.
If you are in Rabat, you have to visit Dar Naji. If you didn't eat there during your stay, you weren't in Rabat.

Beautiful city with a lot to see.
Beautiful city with a lot to see. I recommend taking a short walking tour- I booked a wonderful woman, Asmaa, through guru walks. She is a licensed guide and although I am not usually a fan of tours this was a few hours well spent- and no one else showed up so it was just me! Learned a lot and made a friend….
Great hotel from all aspects.
Great location, the hotel is located a few minutes from the tramway station and is in Rabat Agdal on the main road, great area for restaurants and going out. Very easy to get here from Rabat Ville and then hoping on to the tram.
Amazing and friendly staff, they go above and beyond to help make your stay comfortable and easy.
Very clean. Very comfortable. My room had a small kitchen and a washing machine which was needed during my 3 week stay.
I loved my stay at Riad Kalaa 2. The hotel is located in the heart of the Medina and is just a minute or two away from the market streets and the beach is just 10 minutes away. The pool area at the roof of the hotel was great and private. The Riad staff was very kind and offered me late breakfast when they noticed I didn't come out of my room during breakfast hours. Good wifi connection too which was nice as the mobile surf in Morocco was quite expensive as an European.
This dar is beautiful guest house. The rooms are spaceious, spotless, warm and very well decorated. The place is very autentic with traditional maroccan style and excellent choice for stay in Rabat. Great location in the medina, very approachable and close to the Kasba. The host is welcoming and kind and all the staff is very helpfull and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and generous. The roof terace is big and peacefull.
Excellent choice!
specious, good aircon, friendly staff, car park in basement,

We had a very nice stay in this Riad. The staff was very welcoming but did not speak a ton of English. They gave us a tour upon arrival and even let us check in early (around 10am) because our room was ready. Make sure you have euros or dirhams available because you pay in cash for your stay upon arrival. Our room was big and comfortable and clean. The rooftop has lovely views over the Rabat Medina. Wifi worked well!
Very nice boutique hotel located a 5 min walk from one of the shopping / restaurant streets in Agdal. Only 16 rooms, but spacious and creatively decorated. Service and Staff are amazing, accommodating and helpful. Very reasonably priced also. They also arranged a reasonably priced car to take me to Casablanca Airport the next morning. There's a nice little souvenir shop in the lobby. I would definitely return.
We were only in Rabat for one night. My family and I were on a road trip around Morocco and Rabat is one of the cleanest cities we went to. This is a beautiful riad, in a very nice location. We were able to walk to the water and a lot of the sites. The room was beautiful. The intricate designs of the property make it very special. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed our breakfast on the rooftop.
We felt like guests in a cozy house!
Mr. Jbara the owner is amazing and incredibly helpful ! He drew us a map of things to visit in Rabat during our short stay, recommended restaurants and offered us tea upon arrival.
The rooms are comfortable and the whole place is decorated in a typical marocan style. We really loved it !
Breakfast was also very good !
This nice riad is in a wonderful location in the Medina in Rabat. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was available and friendly. The bathroom did not have a door, but only a curtain. Also, the bed was up some narrow stairs. These were not big problems for us, but just things to be aware of. I would recommend and would stay again.
This was one of the most spectular hotels we ever stayed at. The hotel decor is gorgeous, the staff is kind and helpful, the beds were wonderful. The location is excellent for Rabat/Sale next to the Marina with an amazing view of the Sea and the River. The rooftop lounge and pool were exceptional. I would stay again!
The room was very quiet despite being located in Rabat city centre next to the Gare de Ville. The hotel was ideal for exploring city sights and museums on foot. The breakfast choice was limited but tasty and all staff were most helpful. Room was bright and spotlessly clean. There was a security man watching the entrance.
When planning your visit to Rabat, this accommodation emerges as an exceptional choice. Its central location in the heart of the town, combined with its welcoming and attentive staff, ensures a remarkable stay. As the Cultural Morocco Tours Agency, we wholeheartedly recommend Riad Meftaha as your premier choice
This is a beautiful, luxury hotel well located in Rabat. There are several restaurant choices on site, including room service. the breakfast buffet was expansive. The staff were excellent and accommodated storing our luggage and arranged early morning (330 am) transport to the airport.
Achraf was super helpful before and during our stay. Rabat was our first stop on our Morocco itinerary so we appreciated the hospitality and recommendations. The riad is beautiful, centrally located with good amenities. I highly recommend staying here for families and small group.
one of the most beautiful Riads I‘ve been to in Morocco.
rooftop pool is quite unique and something you don’t find elsewhere in the Medina of Rabat.
staff was more than friendly - the house- own restaurant served traditional Moroccan dishes, just delicious.
highly recommended.
Everything reflects what you can find on booking, all super clean and beautiful.
The terrace is incredible, peaceful and well decorated
We didn’t try the dinner but the breakfast was very good and vary.
The staff is really gentle and caring, the best we have met in marocco
It was an exceptional experience staying at the hotel. I deep dive into Moroccan sense of welcoming, and aesthetic savoir faire.
The facilities was at a great level.
We will come back when in Rabat.
Many Thanks to the team and manager, they are doing a great work !
Very nice owner, he greeted us with good local tea :) It was the best during our stay in the Marocco. Interesting design of riad, egzotic, near the square, in the middle of medina in Rabat. It was nice, unforgettable time.
The place is so greate ❤️ and the owner and the staff are just the best! The most wonderful hotel I have visited in all Morocco! Will be back for sure!! I really recomend it :) :)
