We were so excited to stay here and everything met our expectations. We had our dog with us which is why we picked this hotel. They were totally accommodating and the room allowed for us to let our dog out directly outside our room into a gated area which was very nice. There were snacks and the most delicious pastries in the morning. It is walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and it was just so adorable! We loved it!

Beautiful scenery.
Beautiful scenery. Lots of places to go even if you don't go hiking.
Lots of art galleries and hand made jewelry; not many places for inexpensive souvenirs, atleast I couldn't find any until we were heading back down south of Sedona.

The scenery of Sedona is stunning.
The scenery of Sedona is stunning. The trailhead parking can be an issue, and we were there during the week. I would not attempt a visit on the weekend as Sedona is extremely popular. There is a Sedona shuttle. We ate dinner one night at Mesa Grill, which was excellent. Reservations are required for dinner at Mesa Grill, even on a week night.

This location is south of Sedona in the smaller community of Village of Oak Creek. Close to many wonderful hikes, walking distance to grocery store and several restaurants yet far from the larger Sedona crowds and traffic. Nearby Ranger Station very well done and helpful.

One or two days is all that is needed if with a family.
One or two days is all that is needed if with a family. The town is too crowded and commercialized so visit Sedona for the nature, the hikes, the vistas. If you do plan in being in town then plan to visit very early on weekends and watch out for traffic, it can be really bad. Also, make dinner reservations well in advance. Food/restaurants are just OK so if you are a foodie lower your expectations.

Beware of ticketing traps on tourists.
Beware of ticketing traps on tourists. Look at Trip Advisor concerning this scam. Always loved Sedona. We parked with other cars on a quiet street where there were no 'no parking' signs. We got a ticket for $125 and cannot possibly go to court to contest it. We live in Washington. We were legally parked and criminalized as is their routine for tourists. One of the
restaurants imposed a 24% tip automatically
Some of the staff was more than exceptional. Hannah(bartender) was entertaining and fun to be around. She had good advice for local activities, was funny, and made us feel comfortable. She made us want to go back to the hotel bar.
On Wednesday nights, they hire a local( but well-known) astromiter to bring his equipment to the hotel. Dennis Young is very knowledgeable about his passion, and it may have been the coolest thing we got to experience in sedona. Dont miss his presentation if you get the chance to see it.
Sky Ranch Lodge is an absolute gem. We were completely blown away when we walked into our room and saw the Mountain View. It was beyond stunning, and was so clean and comfortable. The room was also like we had our own little unit which was so nice. We loved the Patio Bar which offered affordable drinks and the nearby restaurant was super convenient as the hotel itself doesn’t offer food. We would most definitely stay here again if in Sedona. Gorgeous!
This hotel was perched at the top of Sedona, next to the airport.
The bedroom was big enough for 4, with 2 Queen beds, and even a small table and chairs to play some cards. The hotel is well entertained with beautiful gardens, a fish pond and outdoor sitting areas. Parking was available next to our room.
There is a shuttle that takes you anywhere in a 5 mile radius, which is very convenient if you don't wish to take you car.
The room was very nice. It had lots of space and was beautifully decorated. The views were amazing from our room and you could walk out onto a terrace that had chairs and tables and just enjoy the scenery. The staff was great and helped us out and brought us a iron and ironing board. The hotel was in the best location to everything in Sedona. It was so reasonable priced and I would definitely stay here if I am in Sedona again.
No breakfast because of Covid, but coffee machine and snacks were available in the room.
Location is superb, just outside from Sedona downtown, so far from traffic. A tranquil place facing the Red Rocks of Sedona in a pretty garden.
We got all the help we wanted to select the best hikes.
We had access to the pristine river and its private beach across the street at the foot of the Red Rocks.
We really loved it to stay at this Lodge! The place itself was very clean. We enjoyed the small decorations in the room which has made the room more cozy and pleasant. The staff was very friendly. This hotel is pet friendly, too! The location is good, also, it’s close to some dining places and very beautiful trails!
I love this hotel! Friendly manager and staff, warm room, nice facilities, great service, we loved it all. It is also recommended that there are staff who can speak Japanese. We also appreciate having very nice Mexican food, WholeFoodsMarket, and Airport Mesa nearby. I want stay when I visit Sedona again!
Lovely spot for an upscale getaway. Breakfast is decent, but ends at 10 on the dot! Love the doggie park, big plus. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The walk and scenic area behind the hotel should not be missed, one of the best locations to soak up the ambiance of Sedona in peace and quiet.
The hotel did a great job with breakfast. The food was very good, a nice variety of options, and the staff was extremely friendly. The gentleman that managed breakfast, I think his name was Stephen, did a great job of pointing out "insider tips" during our stay in Sedona.
This hotel is the best value if you want to stay in the heart of Uptown Sedona. The rooms are new and well maintained. The bathrooms and shower are fantastic. The view of the mountains outside your bedroom patio is spectacular. Tyler and the staff are the best.
This is are 5th hotel we stayed in during our road trip and it is the best. Beautiful view from the room and walking distance from eating establishments. For a Sedona stay I would recommend since there is no traffic congestion unlike the downtown Sedona
We came up from Chandler for spring break, this was our first time in Sedona and we couldn’t have picked a better location! It was me, my husband, mother and 3 kids and we had plenty of room to move around! Highly recommend!
The outside balcony area is amazing with a fantastic view of the ranges. This hotel has an excellent location right on the main street of Sedona - it couldn't get much better!
Lovely hotel, great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and I did not want to leave. I recommend staying longer then one night!
How secluded it was from all the other hotels and traffic is Sedona. I liked that the room felt more like a studio instead of a hotel room. The fireplace.
