They efficiently explained everything while taking the time to inquire about my trip and offer personalized recommendations for local gems. It felt like conversing with knowledgeable friends, not simply hotel staff.
This attentiveness permeated the entire front desk team. Every interaction, from requesting extra towels to restaurant suggestions, was handled with a smile and a genuine desire to exceed expectations. They made me feel like a valued guest, not just another number on a reservation list.

We originally booked a room with a view of the pool but did not get this. However part way through Abdulla at reception (who was excellent) gave us a free upgrade to a better room. Hotel was mostly very good and in line with the 5 star rating, although the treatments at the Spa were quite expensive. Lots of restaurants around the area, and I would recommend hiring a car for the day to see the rest of the island.

The beautiful beach of Beau Vallon is truly exceptional. I have been to some of the restaurants/bar and grills in the region, like Boat House, Beach Shak and Baobab. The food was good. The weather was sunny and very hot everyday during my stay. Also, since I was in a self catering apartment there, I had to buy some supplies and I have been to grocery stores like Vimal and Au Bon Valer.Marie Lorena - 10Scored 10

My wife and I were in the Seychelles for the first time. We are staying at Panorama Guesthouse & Apartments. And we were not wrong. 1. The apartments are located in a very convenient area. Beau Vallon. 2. All necessary services (shops, cafes, restaurants, currency exchange, car rental) are within a 2-minute walk! 3. It is very important that the beach is right in front of the gate. From the door of the apartment to the beach - 1 minute! 4. Special thanks to the owner of the apartments. Vesna met us with cordiality and understanding. Showed all the amenities and was in touch all the time. 5. The apartments are very clean and comfortable. The apartments have all the conditions, like at home. Separate bedroom, living room, kitchen area and everything you need for cooking. 6. Cleaning every day, silence and order. 7. Own guarded parking lot, you can safely park at any time. We had a great time, rested in pleasure, did not even think about any problems in the apartment. The only thing Internet lovers need to ask is to improve the Wi-Fi signal. I think Vesna can solve this issue. Although it didn't really matter to us. In the Seychelles and without the Internet, everything is fine. We decided that in a year we would return only to this house and to these owners!

Very nice beach - clean water and white sand - with the hotel located at one end of it. A few restaurants along the beach for lunch or dinner - generally, with fantastic fresh grilled fish. Chose this place for a romantic holiday or if you either just want to do nothing, laying on the beach or like snorkling. This is not the place if you want an active holiday with lots of activity options. Food: most options for people that like fish and sea food. If you are more into meat, the options are very limited. For vegetarians and vegans I did not notice any options. The beach and surrounding areas seem safe around the clock. It is expensive to use taxi on the Island, and if you want to visit other places, a much cheaper solution is to rent a small car. And you can rent it for 1-2 days only, if you want to see the Island. Worth it! If you like wine and spirits, then be aware that it is quite expensive in restaurants and hotels and even in shops. Consider to bring a few bottles yourself.Carl - 6.0Scored 6.0

4/10. The resort in general is good. As i mentioned for muslim residents is a problem where foods containing pork is not separated properly. The owner, Nicko, is very friendly and welcoming and assisted with transportation scheduling. The property is beautiful with a very well kept garden and rooftop. Our room had a small kitchen with electrical appliances ( microwave, fridge and electric stove top). The room is clean, very well kept and seems new/ recently renovated. The shower was lovely and had a separate toilet. Will definitely come back/ recommend this place.HagaiIsrael

The garden and pool area is like a small very green paradise. Very close to the beach and close to Beau Vallon Downtown. The Minimart around the corner is very good to cover all basics. We had a wonderful time with our great host, we will recommend this place to our friends for sure.

The hosts are very welcoming and nice, it was possible to check in also late in the evening and they picked me up with the car at a fair price. It is a family held apartment and the host will try to help you if you need any assistance, you will not be alone. I fell in love with the sweetest dog of the owner. I would come back just to see Millie (I hope I remember the name correctly) They also organized the transfer to the airport. Thank you

There are some decent restaurants nearby, walking distance - we recommend Wooden house cafe. The staff was so so nice and kind, we arrived earlier than the booking time and they let us change in the room and leave our luggage there, and even got us beach towels before the room was ready for us to check-in. The view from the upstairs balcony is amazing. The apartment size is excellent - you can see in the pictures.

Very nice breakfast (paid separately for a reasonable 100 rupees per person) serviced by extremely polite and helpful staff from Sri Lanka.
