The room was amazing and came with everything you need. Full kitchen, clean bathroom, and a really comfy bed. We also had a beautiful balcony.
The location was also amazing as we were about 20 steps from the bus loop. We would basically exit the hotel and be ready to take a bus to anywhere in Malta as the busses showed up very frequently.

Room good, floors wood-looking tiles. 3 chairs in room.
Since it's a 16+ there wasn't too much noise at nighttime, but you can hear some neighboring rooms (TV, Snoring, talking on Balcony, Hanky-Panky, so we ran the AC fan and then it was ok.
The have blackout curtains but just know that if you have city view there will be a lot of light coming in early morning from sunrise. It also gets warm in the room (city view) in the morning with because of the sun. But the AC works great!!! We couldn't figure out how to turn the balcony lights off at nighttime.
In the room, they provide international plugs and plenty of USB options. A/C and extra tabletop fan to make you really comfortable. Large open closet system and safe in room. You get a 1.5L still water bottle on the house and there's a mini fridge. There a Wellebees Supermarket about 8 min walking distance so you can stock up on waters and drinks, or you can buy bottled water at the bar in house, too.
Stunning top level infinity pool and deck. Terrace offers drinks & restaurant menu. No shade in evenings but gorgeous sunset views.
Pool towels available via a coupon you get updating check in and are picked up from the spa. If you loose towel it's €10 per towel replacement fee.
Breakfast is THE BEST. Plentiful and offers some local specialties to try. Hot staples like eggs, bacon, sausage, potato, but also breads, cheese, deli sliced meats, yogurts, pastries. And a Lavazza Coffee Machine that has everything you could desire. Beautiful views from 2nd level of hotel - large windows so you can see the bay/ocean. They also have two small outdoor terrace with several 2-person tables. Staff is very attentive.
Location of hotel is great. Right on promenade with lots of food options around and 2 inside hotel.
Very convenient: Swift rental car agency in house. It's family owned business and they were fantastic and took excellent care of us!

We rented a scooter and drove all over the island.
We rented a scooter and drove all over the island. I felt safe. Local drivers very courteous and patient with visible tourists. VERY busy and crowded in tourist locations at the start of May. I can not imagine how crowded during summer peak. Driving with car and local busses is slow because of that. I was sooo glad I rented a scooter!

Something for everyone. Seafront walk.
Something for everyone. Seafront walk. Interesting shops and a great variety of restaurants, cafes, bars. A well stocked local supermarket (Wellbees). Bus terminal to take you around the island (some buses get quite packed, you may have to stand) boat trips, bus trips, everything easy to find. Friendly locals all speak English and very helpful.

picturesque, cool and windy wonderfully wild at times, this was early spring, and I'm no beach lover, but a good walk along length. Transport via bus is very good, worth getting a roaming 7 day card, 25e for as much travel and often as you want, 10 trips and its paid for, the rest is bonus. plenty of towns Sites and cities to visit. avoid the 17.00-18.00 tme, its gridlock, but if you cool about that and don't mind 'sardines' on the local bus, its ok and plenty to look out for ready for the following day. Plenty of expats have settled here, so no shortage of guidance and advice. No shortage of local shops and small supermarkets to use if you have a kitchen available, Wellbies is probably choice in the town itself, a very good Lidl just outside, but accessible by bus on your daytrips..

St Paul's Bay is a very touristy part of Malta, which provides excellent value for money if a little less traditional. However, the public transport and hire car options on Malta (which is a very small island - driving to most places takes under 30 minutes) make this an excellent base to explore from. The bars, restaurants and coastal areas of St Paul's Bay provide a wide choice for all tastes and wallets. Swimming beaches and running routes are easily accessible. The classic car museum and aquarium offer interesting activities should you wish to pay for something, otherwise a cheap and interesting holiday can be had here without breaking the bank. The promenade is safe and easy for a stroll to look out to sea or spot a classic/super car (whilst we were there we saw several Mercedes, Porsche and an Aston Martin) or head to safe swimming areas - pretty well suited if you like triathlon training as there are bike hire shops around here too.

The only thing we didn't like was being invited to a nearby hotel to supposedly look round and show interest in staying there but ended up them trying to sell us a very expensive membership to a club in exchange for them selling you cheap holidays. For our time they gave us €25 & a free beach bag.Thereafter when we declined there offer they became aggressive . I would warn others not to get involved in this in the first place.

Lots of restaurants, some on the beachfront.
Lots of restaurants, some on the beachfront. We really enjoyed the Travellers Rest - good food, great value and service. Easy access to bus depot for trips to Valetta and Mdina. We did lots of walking along the coast.
Definitely not a beach holiday destination as the coastline is very rocky with only a couple of very small patches of sand. Certainly not suitable for children.
The hotel just opened in February after renovation.
Staff is super nice and helpful. Location is really good. Everything looks modern. There is possibility to charge devices with usb cable. It’s easy to set the right temperature in the shower, cause we had this kind of issue in other hotels in Malta. Really warm water in indoor pool and jacuzzi. Beds are very comfy. Room equipped with everything you may need. The room was clean and there is a balcony. The wifi connection is good.
Excellent stay at the Pearl Guesthouse. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. The hotel is beautifully kept with all amenities required available. The breakfast is excellent value, the rooftop pool area is a great place to unwind. Excellent location for getting to all the best beaches in Malta, paradise day and golden Bay are all a bus ride from this location. Extremely accessible. Thank you Teddy, Anigelica and AB for being exceptional hosts.
The hotel has extremely helpful and pleasant staff (Tnx Elisabeth😀) It has beautiful large rooms, large and comfortable beds, varied, refined and rich breakfast, beautiful spa with heated pool, beautiful pool on the terrace ... Close to the beach, restaurants, bus stations for all places in Malta make this hotel even more attractive. I honestly think the prices are too low for everything it offers ... From ❤️ we recommend staying at this hotel.
Simple room but it had everything we needed for a very good price! It was very clean, and there were also some useful things not every hotel room has - like a fridge, a kettle or a hair dryer. The room was quite big. Check-in is possible 24/7. We stayed here for the whole trip to Malta and it was great as a starting point for our day trips! There are many buses going quite often. It's also located nearby many restaurants and bars and shops.
The hotel is at walking distance from the bus station, and it was a good deal for a last minute decision to travel to Malta. My room was large and spacious, and there was good wi-fi coverage all over the place. There is a small pool in the basement, and there is also a nice pool on the rooftop. There was room service on a daily basis. TV/fridge/AC also/electric kettle/coffee/tea/small patio also in the room.
Room was nice, large enough and clean. Stuff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was good; hotel amenities were great.
Location-wise, the hotel is very close to Qawra Bay and Buggiba Plazza were ne may find restaurants cafe's. A bust stop is located outside the hotel (2-3 minutes walking distance), from which you can visit other places in Malta.
The room had a good view and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff were helpful and friendly especially the bar staff.
The towels were changed everyday if you needed it.
The bus station was just a few minutes away making it very easy to get about the island
The architecture and history of Malta is stunning.
Flat was great good light, ventilation and all facilities. It was very easy to check-in/out, all instructions were clear and sent in advance.
Location is great, close to supermarkets and bus stops. Bugibba is a smaller place to stay, easy to get to Mdina, Gozo and Valleta. Thank you, we loved Malta!
Each child had own sofa bed and all the beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, the rooms were nice and clean. Kids enjoyed both pools. Generally the place was very nice with a good location. If we travel to Malta again, we would book this hotel again. Thank you for a great stay!
The apartment was super fresh and clean after our arrival. Rita was very nice, kind, welcomed us in the apartment and explained everything, gave us some tips around malta and was available 24/7. The bed was very comfy, kitchen fully supplied, tv and couch great. Nice modern bathroom.
The hotel faces all the expectations you may have concerning a 4* European hotel. Both outdoor pools are well managed, they are the strengths of the facility. Actually, everything is well managed. It's like a German car or Swiss watch..,The best hotel we visited in Malta,
Staff is very kind,
both pools are very good and clean,
location is also very good,in quite area od Xemxije and 3 stations from Melieha(one of the best beaches in Malta is in Melieha)
Appartment is with fool kitchen equipment
The hotel is excellent value for the money.
Wonderful hotel with wonderful personal. It was pleasure for us to stay in the hotel and everybody from the crew is awesome. Thank you very much for the amazing surprise for my birthday! See tou again next time we come to Malta!
This place was an amazing value and in an excellent location. Mark was extremely kind and attentive. He made several great recommendations of things to do in Malta! Would absolutely stay here again.
Everything is amazing. Every year I stay in this hotel in January (for several nights) to relax and re-energize.
Very good location, friendly staff, clean rooms, good spa area. Highly recommend:)
