Location was good, and there was free parking right below the hotel. Good food options available nearby, and the beach was an 8 min drive away, just a straight road down from the hotel. Customer service was great and friendly too! Sheets are clean, we got fresh towels everyday, and no problem with hot water.

Had the pleasure of staying at Elicia's accommodation and we have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. 1) The apartment was immaculately clean and tidy upon arrival, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. 2) It had all the amenities needed for a 3D2N stay, and everything was fairly-maintained and functional. 3) The beds & mattress are clean & comfortable 4) The attention to detail and care taken to ensure a comfortable stay was evident and greatly appreciated 5) The accommodation was situated in a prime location, with easy access to F&B (Grab/Food panda delivery too) and the main shopping mall All in all, I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a spacious, clean, cozy, and comfortable place to stay. Lotus Desaru resort is very child and family friendly. Lots of fun activities to do there, and they have their own private beach, which is beautiful. Food is pretty decent as well. Nearby attractions in Desaru are also easily accessible from here.
