The small cabin was nice with comfy beds. It was really nice that the cabin were close to the woods :) AND they had a charging station for our electrical car.
We arrived late at night, but they left the keys inside the cabin for us to pick up when we arrived. Really apprechiated that.

It seemed like a ghost city with no people. But Skagen was near it is beautiful.
The restaurants and coffe shops open really late, can not drink a good coffe in the morning.
And we did not find a good one. :-(
The supermarkets are totally different like in other cities, the supply is really poor.

We passed by and stayed for one night, and it was quite enough. We also visited a local swimming pool and local fish restaurant, both were good. We did not visit any museums, perhaps another time.
It is nice to stay in this city to rest and recharge to continue your trip.
Except on Sunday, when nothing seems to be open, it is so strange, but do not come there on Sunday, it would be a huge disappoint.

I did get the change to walk around in town while the weather was still reasonably good. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly and people were just strolling around and you got the feel of being in a perfectly quiet and peaceful environment.

Nice beaches. Palm-Beach in Summer is a must-see.
Nice beaches. Palm-Beach in Summer is a must-see. Also, the Bangsbo area is good as it has a lot of attractions like Pikkerbakken, Museums, Deer Park, Trekking and forest area, gardens, etc.
Also, try cycling around the city with DonkeyApp Bicycles. Good restaurants in the center. Also, try Strandby area which is nearby. Also, try to visit Cloosttarnet tower which gives a wonderful overview. For historical places visit Krudtarnet and then Fredrikshavn art museum.
If you have more than one day, try to visit Skagen which is 40 mins by Train.
Spacious room, very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Handsome old building with somewhat dated and quirky rooms. This isn't a hotel, so manage your expectations a bit. Late arrival worked very well. The location is perfectly situated for exploring the center of Frederikshavn, as is the free parking, which can otherwise be somewhat pricey.
A ghost hotel (no interaction with staff) with parking near the port haven.
It is close to the city center, restaurants (5-7 min walk from the hotel), bus stop and exit from the ferry (2 min).
The windows in the rooms are wide along the entire length of the wall.
The shower was huge!
We found the apartment very nicely decorated, everything we need was there.
Cooking facilities, fridge, television and comfortable chairs.
The apartment is located near the center of Frederikshavn and is easy to reach.
The hostess was very friendly.
The personal amenities were amazing. The bed was comfortable and the family owners were friendly and helpful. The hotel was tastefully decorated with a wine room, a lovely outside porch, and the breakfast was delicious.
Great arrangements for extra late arrival.. Being made to feel most welcome.
Love the youth hostels international community.
Breakfast buffet compared well with the very best and overpriced hotels.
Nice and friendly staff. Clean. Great breakfast included in the price! Good location, near the shopping street and not too far from the train station. The hotel restaurant was also very good.
Warm inside in winter time and cozy . Very good option instead of hotel, good value economically. kitchen with all you need for a short stay. Everything is nice and clean.
The location cannot be better in Frederikshavn. The value is also good by taking into account the free parking. The staff was ok. I didn’t have much interaction with him.
