Great location. A perfect spot to spend time with our family. The kitchen and dining room were lovely for family meals. Clear communication and check-in instructions from the host.
Burnaby is a distance from Vancouver. I did not realize this when I booked. It seems to be a business area and I was a tourist. Services were spot on from dining options to taxi availability. Every time I called a taxi, it arrived almost immediately and I was cheerfully driven into Vancouver.

An amazing neighborhood of Vancouver, you get the quietness and the green landscapes without the heavy traffic of downtown.
We had access to a number of restaurants mostly asian, and access to many places of interest including Metropolis mall on Kingsway.
It was very nice to go around in Burnaby, its parks and attractions.

With deep learn of train/bus systems and fine weather, the city offers better substitutes for those tall and costly tower hotels in downtown. Sky trains run every five min and ride chokers offered helpful transfer fully rides within 90 min.

Lots of great places to discover, and central park is great.
Lots of great places to discover, and central park is great. Some areas are a little less desirable but overall found it safe and easy to get around. Traffic can be ok-to-horrible fast, so awareness of the busy times is key. Great Sushi at "Sushi Modo".

Burnaby has a very Large shopping and two smaller ones.
Lot's of cultural things to see and do.
Burnaby has a Turn-of-the-century Village Museum which is
very interesting. Lot's of Parks and walking trails.
Two of the parks are located on waterways, and two others are located on small lakes.
Their is lots and lots of fine dining venues.
In the Summer we have the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra in the Park,
as well we have the Burnaby Blues and Roots Festival in the same park.
In addition we also have The Vancouver Opera Society in concert in the
same location.
I loved the house itself, it was so beautiful and the location was great for all the areas that we wanted to go to as it was close to Highway 1. Lisa was an amazing host; very sweet, attentive, kind, and knowledgeable in the whole area. She made us feel at home and comfortable! She's very easy to contact so there were absolutely no issues if we needed something. We will be staying at her home from now on when we visit Burnaby and the Vancouver area!
Great location if your visiting Metrotown. Just a 25 min drive to downtown Vancouver. Free parking and complimentary breakfast.
For dinner there is a White Spot across the street, and Cactus Club and Earls are close by. So is the Superstore Wharehouse for snacks ;) Mcdonalds is just 3 minutes drive down the road if you have little ones :)
The room is clean, bed is comfortable and the locations is good - I took a walk to Metrotown through a beautiful park, besides it is just located on Boundary Road which is a main route in Burnaby. This little house accommodation is lovely, well maintained and has everything you need. My husband and I had a good getaway and will stay again!
Good-size suite, ours had two double beds. Lots of free parking in an otherwise busy area. Superb location close to Brentwood Skytrain station and mall. Nearby are many eateries, Whole Foods, and a liquor store. Even though in busy area, the rooms are quiet thanks to the hotel being set well back from the busy Lougheed Highway.
The staff were very accommodating of our needs both before and after our stay. The complimentary breakfast was of very good quality which added to the value significantly, and the hotel was located within walking distance of numerous restaurants and Metrotown Mall.
Good location close to metrotown mall for easy access to transit. About 30 minutes drive to downtown (rogers Arena area)
If your looking for a quiet place to sleep and a hot shower at a good price 😊. As we were busy on our trip we weren't there much.
The room was comfortable (the bed & the couch).
A couple bus stops nearby. Nice patio. Quiet.
JP was great to communicate with.
& Check-in was smooth.
But the bathroom is shared (fyi)!
If you are in Burnaby, I'd highly recommend this room..
the breakfast was better than the last visit we had with this hotel. I look at eggs as a deciding factor (big egg eater), and the scrambled eggs was not as good as the omelett as they appeared "watery". But there was that option.
Victory house operates as an unattended Airbnb. Which was not what I thought when booking. Random short term customers, much noise in the small hours at night. Maybe seen as good value for Beijing, and /or Burnaby.
Large, clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Free coffee. Welcome beer and treats. Amazing friendly staff. Great location close to busses and sky trains. We highly recommend this hotel!
