Close to the center of Tsilivi town, this hotel rests along a quiet road that leads to the beautiful beach. This location offers tranquility close to the vibrant town.

From check in to check out, the Hotel Contessina was amazing. Polite and accommodating staff were everywhere, including the cleaning folks, bartenders, pool staff, check in desk, and servers. Everyone went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and the AC went to a cool level, which we loved after those hot days. The showers were large with rain shower and a powerful handheld jet, if you liked that option. Each evening, turn down service was exceptional and the fruit or sweet plate hit the spot. The most surprising and touching part of it all was the parting gift we were given during our check out. It was a bottle of olive oil and two jars of marmalade from the Contessina farm. A handwritten note thanking us for our stay with them seemed out of place in that it felt we should be giving them a gift for all the warm hospitality. The only knock is really the town itself, which is a matter of my personal opinion. The good is that the ATV rental place is right across the street so, if you're into that, it was very convenient. The town itself felt a bit like Cabo on spring break. Many bars and cheesy places to go to. The restaurants weren't that unique and many had the same menu items. We didn't venture much out of the hotel and it's, by far, the best property anywhere close to where it's located. Decent walk to a very crowded beach. Overall, an amazing place to stay in Zakynthos!

    You could not pick a better place to get to know the Greek hospitality and have a relaxing and pleasant holiday.

    I love this resort, lots of shops, restaurants, bars,...

    I love this resort, lots of shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment, beautiful beach, lovely people, easy to and from airport, short trip. Been here 3 times now because i love it. My favourite bar is Paradise cocktail bar, they put so much effort into making you welcome and as a lone traveller, this was so important for me. I dodnt have a favourite restaurant, I ate in a few as like to try places and all the food was good.

    Tsilivi is a resort that has everything Great Beach Great Bars and Fabulous Traditional Restaurants. What it has especially is - Fabulous, Friendly Greek People. We have been 10 times and it never fails to deliver. It is a HOME from HOME. Well worth the visit!

    Tsilivi is a very busy resort it is on a very busy road with lots of shops and restaurants. The road runs the length of the resort with lorries coaches etc . However it has beautiful bays and beaches lovely swimming places . I would recommend staying off the main road if you don't like traffic noise. There are plenty of restaurants cocktail bars etc It is quite expensive and average meal around ,30 euro and a sunbed on beach 15 no longer cheap place to stay.

    Everything was perfect. Accommodation and cleanliness beyond expectations. Exceptional staff. The food and service at the restaurant is the best I have ever received in Greece. The sea and the beach are a dream.

    Really cute city, its nice choice if you go with partner or kids. Also good location if you are a someone who wants to explore island, good start point. It has nice beach with beautiful water. There are a lot of restaurants and every restaurant is special on their way. It has a golf park its real fun and you should go check it. About prices in restaurants for example Mousaka (traditional greek food) price goes from 10-14 euros. Bus that can take you to Zakynthos city 1.60. From airport zakyntos price is 2 euro. Taxi to airport is 25-28 euros. I would recommend if you like wines you should always check their local wines they are pure gold(about price 4-7eur for 500ml)

    After reading several reviews I was blown away with how good this hotel is. The staff were always smiling and could not do enough for you. The food was so tasty and such a variety to choose from. The drinks were better than most big chain all inclusive hotels you would find in Spain. (And not salty at all!) Chairs could be moved by pool and bar. Value for money is unbeatable. Stay here, you will be pleasantly surprised how good this place is. I stayed by the beach in tsilivi last year but this place was way better

    This was an amazing hotel, that suited all our needs. The location was perfect, near the restaurants, beach and markets, but quiet at night. Room was cosy and super clean, aircon was working perfectly. Rooms are cleaned everyday and the pool area was also mopped every morning. Our special thanks goes to Angela from the reception: she was amazing, caring, welcoming and helped us with everything. Live and prosper dear Angela, there should be more professionals like you in this world!

    Fantastic breakfast, warm smiles and genuinely caring and attentive staff, with the hotel located right on the beach and in close proximity to watersports, shops, bars, restaurants etc. They also offered complimentary Yoga on the beach in the mornings and their food and cocktails were of high quality and reasonably priced. They had other services which we did not use, like transport to the capital city and/or airport with a minivan (not sure if it was complimentary or not)

    We love the apartment. It feels like home away from home. Kiki was so nice and friendly, we arrived earlier than expected but everything was ready. The location is perfect for us, so close to Tsilivi city center where you can find a lot of restaurants/bars. And if you feel like cooking you can do that as well in this property just buy your ingredients 😁 which can be found in the nearby stores.

    Great apartments at very good location. Excellent swimming pool, kids loved it. Panagiotis is very good host, very friendly and always happy to help with anything. In accommodation you will find everything you need for pleasant stay. Also, Tsilivi is very good place, with many good restaurants and fine beach. If we ever come again to Tsilivi, we will look for Panagiotis apartments for sure.

    Stunning villas with lovely views and still close to town and centre of zante. Outside furniture all comfortable. Your pool is cleaned everyday pre 8am Staff were all lovely. Abdul is great and with you so quickly to get up and down steep hill. George in reception lovely and the team in the restaurant all lovely. Liked it wasn’t a buffets style breakfast and portion was huge!

    The staff is amazing, they are super welcoming and extremely nice. The hotel is just amazing! Everything from the rooms (they upgraded us for free in a huge suite with private jacuzzi) to the pool, the restaurants and the entertainment. The locations is perfect, so close to the center (you can reach Tsilivi center in 3-4 minutes walk) and to the beach!

    Very kind staff, whole family very friendly and helpful, we had to stay two more nights and they immediately gave us a room, better than the first one we had. I would recommend it, but for the upstairs rooms, the downstairs rooms need improvement! The location of the hotel, I believe is in a good area of ​​the island.
