We liked the commute to and from all the attractions and shops we wanted to go. Most places we would get there in 5 minutes. We loved the heated pool. We liked the way the parking lot was slanted. That way, people on the third floor only have to up one flight of stairs. I loved that the lady who helped check us in was very helpful and knowledgeable. She told us the best area to park for our room location. She helped us when we mentioned a light being burned out. She explained and gave examples of any charges that could be charged and why. The room was very clean.

If you've travelled to Branson 15-20 years ago, forget about it. It's not the same. Considerably fewer local businesses. All the Big Name country singers are gone. There are many more corporate businesses now.. It's lost it's "Small town" flavor... If you've never been, and have no expectations of what it was, by all means, go and enjoy.

Enjoyed Long Horn and Cheddar restaurants and visited Billy Bob's for hamburgers out of this world. Shopping at Dick's Five and Dime is a must experience. Driving the many alternate roads to get to your destinations is great!

We have gone and played mini golf on some trips, hike trails and gone to park and it all depends what time of yr we are there and if its raining. Love going to the book stores. If you have special needs regarding shows, we have the most luck going directly to the show's box office. The Sight & Sound box office staff and the Presleys were very accomodating with finding us comfortable seating for my husband who is large and has difficulty walking any distance.
I also requested a room at the Grandview Inn that would be close to the lobby and the breakfast area. Our room was just off the lobby and right across from the breakfast area. Even in this location, our room was still quiet and not noisy at all.

Wonderful, patriotic, family oriented, positive energy shows. Good variety of restaurants for any budget.
Recommend: Pickin Porch has good inexpensive food and live music some afternoons. Roccos Pizza for quick meal between shows. Mel's Hard Luck Diner with convenient location and singing waiters promoting their shows.
Recommended shows; 1) Queen Ester at the Sight and Sound Theater with fantastic stage setting, technical effects and performance. 2) Clay Cooper with great variety of performers, uplifting music and technical effects. 3) Irish Tenors with Celtic Dancers with very energetic singing and dancing show. 4) George Dyer acclaimed opera performer with show ranging from opera classics to Phantom of the Opera to popular and religious songs.
Highly recommend Shepard of the Hills; went to it many years ago, but was rained out this visit.

wanted to see a show.
wanted to see a show. But- at $300 for 2 it did NOT make good sense. Dinner was also expensive, in my opinion, at $40 for 2, swahi passed off as southern fish, what, southern vietnam? Catfish was expected.
Dont think we will ever return.
The indoor pool was one of the best hotel pools I've ever been in. The jacuzzi was standard, but that pool was incredible. We asked for towels, and the staff gave us an entire bag of towels. When you ask for a couple towels, you normally get a couple towels, and you have to plan and preserve towels throughout your stay. We received an entire bag of towels. A+++. Some of the times, the big things make a huge difference, and some of the times, it's the little things. We experienced both on this trip, and it made our vacation great!!!
The front desk lady was super nice. She found me a room away from others when I told her my son has allergies. Their pool was super clear without the chlorine. Breakfast pancakes are made fresh by a crew and not those stupid machines. Price was great after booking online. Branson itself is a tourist trap designed to bleed you of your money fast. Nothing at all was worth the money.. except Dominos pizza on the strip was top notch lol. IF we ever decide to go back I'llstay at this hotel for sure.
The place felt like you were at home. It wasn't like alot of the resort or hotels with paper thin walls. It was very peaceful. The owners put alot of heart into how the rooms are set up. We come to Branson as often as we can. This will definitely be our #1 spot. The price was cheaper than alot of hotels and resorts but definitely didn't skip on quality. For the owners to be your contact if any issues, shows how much they care.
The property has one of the best locations in Branson. Next to the outlet mall, walking distance to theaters and easy access to routes which avoid traffic.
The hotel also puts on the best breakfast in three states. Breakfast includes biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, bagels, English Muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, diced potatoes, juice and coffee.
Michelle is super nice, condo excellent cleanliness, beds etc…
Would definitely stay here again! So much better than a hotel.
Pool area very clean very nice!
I would give this place 5 star rating!!!!
Loved it beautiful home!
Thank you so much Michelle!!!
Close to everything!
They have the most comfortable beds and pillows of any hotel I've stayed in.
We love that they provide a continental breakfast with just about anything you could want.
The best coffee I have ever had.
This is were we stay everytime we come to Branson.
Our favorite go to Hotel.
Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and lots of options. The lady who checked us in was friendly. Lobby area is inviting and chairs in front of the fireplace are very comfortable. Jacuzzi tub was amazing! Hotel is kept very clean. Enjoyed the Christmas music playing throughout.
It was a very nice resort. It had a lot of nature and trees and a nice hiking trail. Also activities to entertain your family onsite. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. Very easy to get to Resort and not far from the main strip of Branson.
The location was perfect. It wasn’t directly on the strip but very close to any thing you wanted to do. It was so much easier to get in and out of this hotel versus being on the strip. The older lady who is in charge of breakfast was very friendly.
The Sunday breakfast buffet was great. Best I've had at any hotel in years. I liked the location of the hotel. Not terribly far from all the attractions in Branson but just far enough to have peace and quiet at the end of the day.
It wasn't a large hotel so you didn't have to walk far. It was very clean, convenient (not on the strip) so it was easy to get around, nice pool, and very personable, professional staff. The reviews were accurate.
Great location, delicious breakfast, and very comfy beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas which was amazing.
Breakfast was typical of some other hotels. Did not like having to walk to another building then having to take elevator to another floor just to have instant breakfast foods
