Outstanding. This is a five star hotel ! Staff, dinner, accommodations were about my comfort, meal presentation, not just the excellent meal.
Ibis budget Manchester Airport offers accommodations in Hale. With a bar, the 2-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Private parking is available on site....
Being a captive Audience for Food.
Holiday Inn looked good for Food but waiting times put us off as we had to get up early for a flight to Malta
The Ibis Hotel Food was tasty and hot but we had to wait an age before it came. We could not understand why it took so long for the Food to arrive as it did not seem busy and Food was microwaved ??

Really only used the hotel due to its proximity to the railway station and the airport terminal.
Hardly able to review Hale but would advise anyone with limited mobility that there is a good walk involved...partly in the sheltered 'corridor' and then on the open to get to the Ibis Hotel

Needed a nice sized room with a couple of double beds for self and daughter as she had early morning flight. Great staff, organised her a 4:30am shuttle bus even though just a few hundred yards away. We had booked a local restaurant as other daughter studies at Man Uni so can't comment on food other than menu in lift seemed comprehensive for most airport hotel traveller requirements. Passing bar and restaurants both looked more than pleasant for an airport hotel

One of the nicest hotel I've stayed in, best bed ever in the room super comfy, tidy hotel and excellent location for the terminals, the only disappointment was the price of food at meal, especially the sirloin steak at £45 per steak and had the cheek to charge extra for the chips and sides unbelievable!!! I would and will stay at this hotel again but definitely won't be paying for food there I will go out from the hotel for food.

Great location for airport, no transfer needed.
Great location for airport, no transfer needed. Lovely hotel with a touch of luxury, even has a nice gym, pool, sauna and steam room. Rather expensive for one night but worth it for the convenience when taking an early flight.

Only thing I liked was convenience to airport.
Only thing I liked was convenience to airport. Otherwise I didn't like anything..Not the room, not the view, not the amenities, or lack of. Price outragious. Had just stayed in a luxery hotel with spa and fitness center, fab food and lounge, fantastic room and amenities for half the price of a basic hole in the wall with a view of cars.
Restaurant meal was lovely my Daughter had the Chicken Snitzel+ I had the Beefburger with Bacon + Cheese. Both were lovely + hot + chips really crispy. We had the White Chocolate + Red Velvet Cheesecake which was gorgeous. Room was lovely + clean + beds were soo comfortable. Ideal for morning flight from Manchester. Transfers were good + on time. You can walk it’s about 15 mins- but for £14 return isn’t too bad if you are pushed for time. All in all a nice hotel. Lovely man on reception he was so helpful.
It's our kind of place - we just love it. We stay here to travel to Old Trafford for cricket & proximity to Manchester airport. It's comfortable, welcoming with a great local atmosphere, a huge beer garden & it's a Robinsons house. We used to live in Wythenshawe which isn't far from Hale Barns, plus I kept a horse in Hale years ago, so we know the area well. Hale Barns has not changed too much over the years &, although we live in North Wales, we still have yearnings for the Cheshire countryside!
The location is perfect. It is so easy to reach the other terminals at Manchester Airport from this hotel. The reception staff were very friendly. The room is a little small but we only stayed for one night so it wasn't really a problem. The hotel is very quiet considering the busy Airport and roads around it. We hardly heard any noise.
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the room was spacious, clean and our bed.... so comfortable! Lovely breakfast with plenty of choices. We will definitely book it again when we go on holiday from Manchester Airport. 5 min walk from the train station and Terminal 1 and 2. Very nice and polite staff as well.
This is my favourite hotel to stay in for flights from Manchester airport. The staff are amazing , always helpful . The room was very clean with tea coffee available. The bed was very comfortable and the choice of hard or soft pillows available. I can not praise the staff or premises enough
I stayed at The Crowne Plaza for night (picking up family from airport). It was modern, sparkling clean, all staff were courteous, professional and friendly. Restaurant food was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. It was great to be able to park at the hotel too.
The staff were friendly and cared about our comfort and schedules, even letting us preorder breakfast and opening the restaurant a bit early so we had plentyof time to catch our flight. This will be my go to hotel from Now on when flying out
of Manchester.
Perfect hotel for Manchester airport with a shuttle bus that took us direct to the terminal. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was spotless. Even the outdoor space and restaurant were really nice for an evening drink and meal
Super convenient location in approximation to the airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Buses, Trams, Taxis right on your doorstep. Very clean and comfortable room. Very pleasant staff. My new hotel of choice for Manchester trips!
Good value, budget airport hotel, would absolutely recommend if you and family just need a bed for the night before a flight.
Decent size room, comfy beds, nice breakfast selection.
Bar was reasonable.
The breakfast was spot-on, great choice.
The hotel was at Manchester airport, convenient as we had to be up early for onward travel.
The room was quiet, clean and warm, and the beds were very comfortable.
Willingness to compensate of negative behavior of staff. Ambience was very good. Breakfast excellent. Room very good. In all I would recommend the hotel to others and I would return.
Convenient location to the airport and the
