I will say that the Crown had the most comfortable beds and best linens of our entire trip to Southeast Asia. It does have a nice sunset view, but you can do better and have happy hour drinks by going to a restaurant along the beach. Someone from the hotel met us at the ferry and guided us to the hotel which was about a 5 minute walk. the AC was good and free drinking water was provided.

It's a quaint little town enough to bring peace, relaxation and serenity. I like North beach a lot. Water is amazingly crystal blue clear! This is exactly what i was looking for. I had to ride in one of those motorbikes to get to North beach from where I stayed The locals are helpful and friendly, typical of the Filipino hospitality. The guy who took me to North beach referred me to the "market place" where i can buy cheaper food and as an alternative to the restaurants by the beach. I definitely enjoyed this place especially the beach.

It is a beautiful island filled with helpful people. Very close to beaches everywhere and a half days snorkling boat tour is offered to you constantly and very worth it. Snorkling with black tip sharks is super close. A lot of small shops and food places.

The location, the style, the room, the view, the kindness, the food! The terrace of our room was amazing and the restaurant area is so beautiful! All the hotel is decorated with so much taste and you can see every detail is thought of. Plus the food is delicious, with a surprising variety considering it's a tiny island. I struggle to think there can be a better place in Malapascua. And last but not least the owners are so kind and we had such nice chats and hope to meet them again.
One of the best resorts I stayed on any island in my travels around Philipines.
Staff very friendly and helpful specialy the reception staff they are allways great you with smile and allways happy to help with any enquiries u have.
Room was very decent size and very rustic feeling as everything mostly is made of wood which I loved.
Shower pressure really good for en island and also hot water .
Will definitely return at Tepanee should I be back in Malapascua.
Unbeatable location a few steps from the wharf. The resort has its own private cove and stretch of sand. There is a marine sanctuary which is awesome. Big room with balcony, refrigerator, hot water kettle. The bathroom has body wash and shampoo. All the food was yummy, simple but very good quality like real fruit juice and not powdered for breakfast. Staff are friendly. A must-stay when in Cebu! We'll definitely come back.
Big room, the bed is very comfortable. All rooms are set around a beautiful garden. The resort is in the middle of town, but very quiet, a 5 to 10 min walk from the most popular beach and for 50 pesos you get a ride on the back of a motorcycle to the most beautiful beach on the north side of the island. Every morning a very good breakfast is served by the very nice local staff that’s running this place.

The hotel and restaurant face to the port beach. The best remembering I have is the kindness and courtesy of the owners (Italian expatriates from Rimini) and the staff always smiling. You feel like home. The room is very big, reminded a typical second house at the sea with its wooden floor, veranda and decorations. If you are a pet lover you are in good company then.
Unfortunately we’re given the worst room possible, 1-st floor with almost no view (I’ve attached photo from the balcony). The hotel gave us 1000 discount for 2 nights for my son extra-bed, but I’ll choose to pay this and to have a better view. The staff is not very friendly… and the overall the hotel looks nice, the facilities are so-so..
My whole stay there I felt very confortable thanks to the staff who are very welcoming and always with a smile :) The huts are very cute and cozy. The hostel is just 5 minutes walk from the best beach of the island. They also organize islands tour, which I recommend a lot!!!
Great room, very friendly stuff and amazing breakfast. The ladies are baking the best bread in the island. Even when we were going diving early in the morning, they would prepare us a breakfast to go bag. It was very hard to leave this place-great value! thank you!
The property is near the beach and accessible to the market . You can just walk for about 5-10min then you can visit the Market and get a good deals for seafoods and other stuff. Also , its near the other hotels around the area .
The pool was huge and the food was good AND reasonably priced for a hotel . Appreciated having breakfast options for longer stay. easy walk to anywhere on the island. Staff was great and the rooms were cleaned daily.
The best thing about this place for me was the location. Away from the main part of the island. Breakfast was nice and the food overall at the restaurant was fine. Not amazing but it wasn't bad either.
A great advantage of the hotel's location is that it's just a few meters from the beach, as well as being close to food shops! In addition, the price for the fan room is also very reasonable!
Great place to stay! Lovely staff and good location. Agelina Beach hotel really felt like a home away from home. I would recommend this hotel to others travelling to Malapascua island.
unique vibe
