Ok…this is one of those places you see everyone walking by talking about how cool it would be to stay there…all while we were sitting on the deck over the water feeling pretty special because we were the ones staying there!

Staff very helpful, professional and kind. Rooms and whole hotel were very clean. The service was impeccable. Food was great especially the kids' meal. Lots of activities for the family. Lots of complimentary service. Love their bath products too. Complimentary shuttle service was a lifesaver! Maybe the faucet can use some fixing. Just minor leak of the faucet sink in the bathroom otherwise, everything was great. Stay was comfortable and relaxing. Very family friendly. Hotel allows pets in certain floors too.

Showcasing Edwardian décor, this B&B in Victoria city centre is just 10 minutes’ walk from Royal British Columbia Museum. Rooms feature a fireplace and barbecue facilities are located on site. The hostess is friendly and gives us a nice tour of the place. The deco is classic and the whole place smells of soothing aroma. We love the European decos and the antique furnitures in th common area. This is a great place for travellers who want to feel a home away from home. It is different from those commercial hotels in downtown Victoria, although simply a few minutes walk from them. The nearby Fishman's Warf offers delicious fish and chips too. Over all, we feel we were back in Europe where we visited before Covid19 and we highly recommend this B&B accomodation to travellers who want both tranquility and excitement🙂

The Fisherman's Wharf was interesting with the nicely decorated houses people live in and the lovely hot donuts we ate there. We enjoyed walking around the downtown, having lunch at the Irish Times, walking through the Empress Hotel, and taking a water taxi to Milestones for our dinner. I wish that I could have visited longer and see Emily Carr's house but it was closed at the time. Victoria is a lovely city and James Bay Village is quaint and my favourite place to walk.
Victoria is a very clean city and is very walkable if you do not have a car. Make sure you check out Beacon Hill Park for a lovely walk and don't miss the turtles who sleep on the logs in the ponds!
The area was great, enjoyed our visit to Victoria. The Butchart Gardens were just incredible. Lots to see and do in Victoria. Just not that impressed at all with our accommodation, especially for the price paid. No daily service even
It has been years since I visited the inner harbour area. It is beautiful with the great walking path all the way around to the cruise ship terminal. We had dinner at a nearby restaurant by walking 20 minutes. Great area to visit with the lovely homes, ambience and oceanfront
Lovely city and Island. Get out of the down town it is beautiful. we brought our car and loved driving the island. Butchart gardens are spectacular and a must see. The museum down town are a simple walk and very good with 3D imax shows.
I come from a small city and I found the traffic heavy. We were here for a family get-together so did not do much sightseeing this time, but I know the views of the harbour are beautiful and the wharf is interesting. We did not do a carriage ride this time but we will next time.
