The hotel staff is very attentive and they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everything is brand new, superb design and perfect location. The breakfast at 25th floor is great quality and service. We stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, yet this one is one of the top hotels.

Located on the Cotai Strip, MGM Cotai offers diverse and unique accommodation in Macau. I had a bad skin allergy during the trip, we intended to go A&E but we were concerned about the covid situation at the hospital. We called up customer service to enquire on the opening hours of Macau hospital and a lovely polite girl prompted further on why we needed to visit the hospital and informed us that the hotel actually has an in-house doctor who is able to assist us! The hotel called us a couple of times to ask and confirm symptoms and drug allergies. Shortly after, in-house doctor came to my room, he was accompanied by 3 hotel staff, doctor was really attentive and had a look again at my skin allergy before he gave me the pills and cream he prescribed based on the earlier phone conversations. I feel very touched and it is obvious that the hotel took this matter seriously. The hotel staff also told me to ring up the hotline if I need any ice bag or further assistance and they are more than happy to help. I highly recommend the hotel and definitely look forward to stay again when I next visit Macau!
