InterContinental Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport Hotel, is a safe short 68.7 meters walk from the bustling OR Tambo Airport terminal building, offering a tranquil oasis for guests seeking a little... The airport is located just outside OR Tambo airport. Literally 5 minutes walk. The staff totally blew us away with their friendliness and hospitality. Ubuntu for certain! Absolutely love this hotel and will come back again and again and again!

Set in Isando, 20 km from Johannesburg, City Lodge Hotel at OR Tambo International Airport boasts an outdoor pool and fitness centre. Every room has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Clean, friendly, and very convenient at the airport.

Southern Sun offers luxury rooms with a contemporary design. It features an outdoor pool, bar area and a buffet restaurant called Bernoulli’s. We booked the suite and it was huge. Clean and very comfortable bed with good linen. Huge bathroom with bath and shower. Lovely bath products. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Arranged an early morning check in and late check out with no bother. Breakfast was delicious as was the evening buffet. Restaurant staff engaging and professional. Quiet hotel. The airport shuttle every 15 mins was an added bonus as we used it to catch the Gautrain from the airport through to Sandton city.

Protea Hotel by Marriott O R Tambo Airport is situated in Kempton Park, 3.5 km from the O.R Tambo International Airport and and 1 km from the Rhodesfield Gautrain Station. The hotel is close to the airport and other business centers. Total hygiene and superb breakfast, lunch and supper. I would choose this hotel for my visit anytime I come to South Africa.

Dove’s Nest is located less than 2 km from OR Tambo Airport and offers a free airport shuttle. It offers a breakfast room overlooking the garden and spacious guest rooms. The distant to the airport is not big and the airport shuttle was very well arranged. Also the communication with Dove's Nest was very good, the rooms were clean and the beds were good. We also like the breakfast very much. And the friendly staff is fantastic. We sure come back next time!

Emerald Guesthouse is located in Kempton Park, just 3 kilometres from the O.R. Tambo International Airport. The property offers a complimentary airport shuttle and free WiFi in public areas. Very nice and polite staff, they also provide free transport every hour from and to the airport and breakfast, highly recommended .

Premier Hotel O.R. Tambo offers rooms with a satellite TV and free WiFi. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle to O.R. Tambo Airport and Rhodesfield Gauteng Station. As always as good as expected. Staf extremely friendly and professional. Somehow we got a double room so that was a pleasant surprise.
