I needed to make a last-minute change, and they took notes of it immediately, making my stay more comfortable :) The location is more than perfect in the center, so it's super easy to find it if you're coming from Lime Street Station. We stayed a night at Posh Pads, and I think you will be hard pressed to find better value for money for accommodation in Liverpool. For almost half the price of a four-star hotel, you get a full apartment with a separate living room which usually includes a kitchenette with all the appliances you need. It's great for families (especially if you intend to or need to do some cooking), and for longer stays as the apartments come with a washer. The service is largely excellent, and the apartments are clean. The beds are comfortable and the location is marvellous.
