Beutiful small clean room withpretty view to the street. Nice and helpful owner. Above a caffe and right in front of a bus stop. Very easy bus ride to Venice. Nearby grocery stores. Right across a church, so be ready for the bells from 7:00 to 22:00.

L, allotjament molt bonic. El personal molt i molt amable. Ens van donar totes les facilitats. A sota hi ha una pastisseria fantàstica i molt bona per esmorzar. Pàrquing gratuït molt còmode. Ben comunicat amb Venècia. Un supermercat molt a prop.

We were searching for a place with parking nearby and the property had a parking inside. It had 2 forms to travel to Venice bus or Tram which was perfect because of the rain the Tram was late during our visit but we took the bus back. The property had everything you needed inside the apartment. Kitchen was equipped with everything you needed( it also has a washer /dryer mashine wich I thought I would never use) but it turned out to be a great help because our jackets were all wet because of the rain. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent value for your money. Good location, well equipped apartment. Basically, you get the whole flat: 1 bedroom + 1 living room with full kitchen. There is no kettle, microvawe or stove, but all other items are in place. You cannot access building without chip card, so it feels safe. Up and down the street are many cafes and small restaurants, shops, public transport stops.

The place we stayed at is amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tip for people traveling by bus or train : there is a road around the house that isn't recognized by Goggle maps. You should be looking for train station ve.mestre ospedale. It's much easier to get there by train. It's perfect for people visiting Venice. You can get there by train in 15 minutes.
