The room and facilities were terrific. The bed fabulous as well as the fold out sofa, do we all had a great night's sleep. The gym and pool were great to start the day. The staff were fabulous, and accommodated us wonderfully. Thank you

Abdul-Awwal was extremely helpful and accommodating for our overnight stay. He gave us an early check in and a late check out as we had a night train to catch. The suites are an amazing converted apartment and is in a prime location near the museum. It was fun to stay in such a historical building with a rich Egyptian past. We felt privileged to stay in such a beautiful hotel. Thank you from our family!!

When we first arrived at the hotel, we were unsure if we needed to go to the third floor for the reception. It would been better if there were signs by the entrance. Additionally, the hotel doesn't have an elevator, but the vies of the pyramids fro rooftop is truly worth it. We also had breakfast on the rooftop, which put us in great mood to start our days. The owner and other staff were very friendly and gave us very practical advice. My family spent three unforgettable days here. We also took a chartered tour to see those pyramids and enjoyed a dinner cruise in the Nile River. When we met other travelers along the way and immediately recommended this place to them.
