This is a really nice, quality remodel, well finished with an artful touch. We both just liked the place. The street is surprisingly quiet and there are lots of restaurants and bars not too far away. In this former working class neighborhood of the silk workers, you now see a lot of families with young children.

Though there is no concierge, but since we arrived earlier than the check-in time from the train staion, the owner got to the property specially from office to open a space for us to store the luggages. The ower couple is so nice throughout our staying. The living room is greatly gorgeous. I also like the toilettes, as the towals are soft and new, even the toilet paper is with highest quality. Super recommend to my friends.

The position of the staying was perfect. It had all the services I needed and I found it very comfortable and quiet. Free Prime video/Netflix on the tv in all languages to chill watching sonething before going to bed. The staff was able to help me quickly every time I had an issue. I would recommend this staying for 1 person 100%.

Nicolas was the perfect host and his apartment was in the perfect location. We were very comfortable in the apartment which had everything we needed for a great stay in Lyon. There are plenty of places to eat close by, public transport is also close and easily accessible. Highly recommend and would return if we ever come back to Lyon. Merci beaucoup.

This apartment was AMAZING. When I first saw the photos and read the reviews of this apartment, I thought it seemed too good to be true and a small part of me thought this might be a scam. But Anne and her daughter went above and beyond my expectations, this is genuinely a hidden gem in the middle of Vieux Lyon. We arrived very late the first night and Anne's daughter Emmy made sure we managed to get into the apartment safely (she was supposed to meet us at the apartment but we arrived very late so she left the key in a safe space). The apartment is so spacious and clean, a perfect spot to stay for the long weekend. As it was the fete de lumieres, the streets were packed and lively. We enjoyed being near all the festivities but at the same time having an easy place to return to if we were tired. On the day we were to check-out, Anne kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment so we could continue to enjoy the city before our flight. She was extremely kind and generous, I would happily stay here again!

Stocked with breakfast supplies (markets close by if you want anything else) and kitchen had everything you’d need. From irons to steamers, blow dryer and flat irons. There’s a fan under the bed in a drawer. Everything is well thought out and supplied. Even a washer dryer should you need to do a small load (note it’ll take about 4 -5 hours to wash a dry a few items). Laundry right up the street too.

The apartment is gorgeous and very cleverly designed with a loft. The kitchen and washing machine allowed us to cook and clean as we needed, in a cosy, beautifully decorated environment. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The central location in Old Town was absolutely perfect - so many shops, restaurants and sites to discover! Our hosts also provided several great recommendations on restaurants in the area and it was so easy to get to other parts of the city, as the metro and bus line were extremely close. Also well-located for Metro and buses, and a supermarket is 5 mins away. Nice to have coffee on the balcony overlooking central green area.
