Everything was amazing. Very good location, 10min walk to the old city walls, everything available around (restaurants, cafe's, shops, public transport). There is a free parking right in front of the apartment. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. A/C was really good. Apartment was very clean with everything we needed for our stay. And the hosts were very nice and friendly. We really liked our stay in Rhodes, which was rather short, but we will surely come back and, before any other accommodation, check if this one is free!

Ireland
The location was superb, well located in the old town but an easy wonder to the harbour and new town. The hot tub and great breakfast were a definite plus! The room and terrace were spotless. The highlight though was our host Jurgen. He met us late to guide us to the accommodation from the nearest gate and gave us great suggestions on places to eat. His friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism made this property one I will be returning to and recommending to others.

Our suit was newly built and we were the first ones to stay. It was very clean, spacious, well equipped and walking distance to all areas in old town. The breakfast is served to your room at your desired time 🙂 and it was a real delight suitable to all diets. Both Giannis and Efi are great hosts, their kindness and hospitality are worth to highlight. We really enjoyed our time in Utopia, certainly will visit again. Many thanks.

Apartment was amazing, room was nice and clean, bathroom as well (property is equipped with their own system of water heating via solar power so hot water was always available in unlimited quantities), and apartment is equipped with washing machine which was great option to have. Windows have mosquito net, and beds were very comfortable. We even asked the host to provide us with different, harder pillows since the soft ones are not to our liking, and we got them right away. Hosts were very exceptional and ready to help us with any question related to local places to eat/visit, as well to provide any information we needed.

All you need, they will be pleased to help you. I got all kind of advices and guidelines what should I visit, which beaches and restourants, and what should not miss.

The price for one night is quite low considering your get a top-floor spacious penthouse apartment with huge balcony having almost full panoramic view (including sea and old town in distance). The apartment has everything, from kitchenware, cutleries to complimentary toiletries, slippers and bathrobes. Drying rack and more can be requested free of charge. There is a portable single cooktop that is not shown in the pictures because when unused it is stored in a kitchen drawer. Bathroom and toilet function flawlessly. The apartment has an air conditioning system that works perfectly and lowers the room temperature in the entire 50m2 apartment really fast. Also, an exceptional wifi that allowed speedy traffic even for bigger media volume. Vasilis, the host was professional and really forthcoming. Spoke fluent English, managed all requests quickly and dealt with any issue just like you would like it to. Smooth and effortless checkin and checkout.

We liked the apartment very much! It was beautiful, clean and in the center of everything. Short walking distance to the beach and to the old town. Evi was the friendliest host and helped us if had any questions.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The little extras like coffee and cake where lovely. The kitchen facilities where extensive with a full set of everything you would need for self catering. The hotel was just off the main streets of the old town so close to everything but still really quiet. Our hosts were so friendly and helpful letting us check in early as our room was ready - thank you! We would definitely stay again, for longer next time.JamesYoung couple

Facilities were perfect for us, really comfy bed, wonderful kitchen area, beautiful bathroom, nice sofa. The outdoor private areas are wonderful. The apartment is five mins walk from the main walking street, but you don’t get disturbed by any street/bar noise. Our hosts greeted us and we’re on hand for any questions or advice. I fully recommend this apartment for either a long or short stay, you will not be disappointed.JeffYoung couple

Savvas was a very thoughtful and generous host who gave us lots of tips for the area. The flat itself has plenty of space and everything you need, and the terrace is a great place to spend an afternoon :) less than 10 min walk to old town, but super quiet inside.
