The apartment was very nice. My family and I felt as were at home. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and particularly magical with all the details related to Harry Potter. The communication with Brenda was friendly and helpful with all directions via what's-up as our flight was delayed. There is everything you need in the apartment from all the utensils in the kitchen, the blankets, the clean and splendid towels. The apartment is located in a very nice and quite area, close to Dolby Theater and public transport.

Mike and the crew had my apartment ready for me upon an early arrival. The place was a really good size with full kitchen, refrigerator, washer and dryer unit in the room, a comfortable bed, pull out sofa and above all it was peaceful. The place is located just about a block from the LA Convention Center where i was attending a conference. There's a train station across the street and it was the perfect place for me. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you're like myself and like to prepare your own meals. I walked to Whole Foods which was about a 20 minute walk (about 1 mile) and purchased fresh food to eat, way better than had i ate on the run. Thank you for your hospitality and for offering such a nice, safe space to call home for 4 days.

Walkable (20 minutes ish) to Hollywood boulevard. Secure indoor parking was great. Apartment is spacious, kitchen has basic equipment but no amenities such as coffee filters etc. Staff were very responsive to what app messages. Check in information clear and process was very easy. Great for a short stay with older kids (late teens)

The heated pool and gym are great, and the roof top garden and bbq facilities are a massive plus to relax with downtown and hollywood views. staff very helpful, my son and I have already made a reservation for next year. Fantastic view over downtown LA from the top floor terrace (622 N Manhattan place number 224) Nice with the complimentary snacks on arrival. Very easy check in.

The included parking is very useful since there is no public parking around.
