This is a fabulous place to stay. Tino and Celeste are the best hosts, they are very welcoming, leaving special welcome treats and just being the nicest people. The flat is very well appointed and easy to stay in. The location is in downtown Simon’s Town which means you can walk to all the local cafes, bars, museums, beaches and even the penguins. The outside space works well with a shaded garden as well as a balcony with views of False Bay. I am happy to highly recommend this as a great place to stay.

She made me feel so comfortable from the start and was so informative about travelling the local area, as well as suggestions for places further into my trip nearer to Cape Town City. We loved everything about the self catering accommodation. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan kitchen and balcony, loads of cupboard space, secure parking and the view. The host Belinda was warm and very welcoming, and her husband kindly helped us with our bags. She was very informative & enquired whether we needed anything. I’d highly recommend this accommodation especially if you intend visiting Simonstown, Kalk Bay, Cape Point and surrounding area. It’s a few metres from the beach and Boulders penguin colony is a very short walk away.

This is one of the best places I've stayed at. Everything was incredible from the greeting by the lovely host to the surrounding areas (3-minute walk to the penguins). You could cook in the apartment and it was brilliantly equipped. The terrace was stunning with great views (photos attached). The bedrooms were extremely quiet with blackout curtains and massive comfy beds. The bath was great too. Highly recommend.

We loved EVERYTHING about our stay at Froggy Farm Self Catering. The reviews were good, so our expectations were high, but Gareth’s amazing hospitality, and this beautiful, peaceful, well appointed cottage still blew us away. We felt welcomed and well cared for from the moment we arrived, the space was sparkling clean and is stylishly decorated. The kitchen is basic but has all the essentials to enjoy a morning coffee on site or whip up a quick brekkie if you stop for groceries. Ima, the resident kitty kept us company as we sat on the lovely ocean view deck enjoying a glass of wine at the end of our days of adventuring. Gareth gave us great tips on where to eat and what to check out in the area. If you’re staying in Simon’s Town, there’s no better spot!

A lovely studio apartment, which has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very well equipped, they had thought of everything that we might need including beach towels, a well equipped little kitchen area (although the fridge is quite small but we made it work) and even little things like ear plugs, in case the penguins kept us awake (they didn't, we loved having them nearby). The location is excellent, close to the beach and the boardwalk at Boulders and also to the main road into Simonstown. The extra bonus is that they have an inverter so load shedding is not really an issue and, whilst there isn't air conditioning the ceiling fan did a more than adequate job. The apartment was really well decorated and spotlessly clean. The owners, Colleen and Jae were lovely and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They met us on arrival at the property to hand over the keys and go through everything and were always just a message away if we had any questions or needed anything. Being able to borrow a parasol for the beach was also fantastic, given the heat. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely consider for future stays in Simon's Town.
