The location was great, quick walk to main area and nice and quiet at night. I loved the unit, had everything we needed and really clean.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, garden view and a balcony, Tropical Retreat on Magnetic Island is located in Picnic Bay. Absolutely couldn’t fault our stay here! We rented a car so the location was absolutely perfect and easy to get to everything we wanted to see. The property was equipped with everything we could have needed and was super clean. We loved using the coffee machine and the hosts even provided us with milk which we appreciated. Was an absolute treat to stay here after travelling in hostels and would 100% recommend this property for anyone coming to Magnetic Island.

Situated in Horseshoe Bay, a few steps from Horseshoe Bay Beach and 2.2 km from Balding Bay Beach, Unit 10 Sails on Horseshoe offers an outdoor swimming pool and air conditioning. The unit was bright and clean in a very central area. The pool was fresh and the area around it clean, was a pleasure to use. Liz was very welcoming and made us feel right at home, hugs all round when we left with promises to return. Huge thanks to Gareth for helping us when we had a flat battery, not only did he get us going but lent us his battery pack for the duration of our stay ‘just in case’, very much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

The location was perfect, close enough to the beach to take your morning coffee down. Lovely little cottage with all amenities and very comfortable and quaint.
